My Boss doing my job, then sending me home early. Not because I suck at my job or because I am retarded or anything. If anything he was rewarding me for being such an awesome worker. Its just the owner of our restaurant aka my bosses boss came down on him really hard for the way he does things, mainly how my job is done at during the evening shift, so he just did it himself I have and awesome boss.
