After playing Splinter Cell, I developed an unsettling phobia of silence, worrying that someone will come up behind me even though I hear absolutely nothing. It always comforts me when there's something going on in the background so that just in case someone does sneak up on me, it'll be because I couldn't hear them as opposed to them being non-human silent killers.

Hey, you said weirdest.

After playing absurd amounts of Marvel vs Capcom 3 I dream about combo setups that I can use when playing my friends the next day.....and I do it.

Oh and Persona 3 was the first video game to make me cry, stand up and applaud at how great it was.

I once played GTA (can't remember which one) for like a weekend straight. Went out on the monday and just walked straight into a busy street. Hey, cars stop, right?

Hearing Pokemon music in my head......it hasn't stopped.
Thank God, so I'm not the only one stuck in a constant battle sequence.

I often find myself thinking that if I die or do horribly I can just reload my save too, I quickly remember it's real life.
I do the save file thing too! It always depresses me a bit when I realize that it doesn't work that way.

I used to play Spider Solitaire so much, I began dreaming about it... and then whenever I closed my eyes it was there... fortunately, I have recovered :D

Playing Team Fortress 2 has drastically increased the number of times a day that I say the word "nom".

And after beating Metro 2033, I kept looking at my real-life watch to see how much time my air filter had left, damn that game for being so immersive.

After playing any shooter for an extended period of time I always look at spaces in tall grass or up on a roof and think "That would be a sweet sniping place." I also see an inventory screen whenever I open my bag at school.

When I was a lot younger, my dad and brother played a lot of the kings quest series. I used to pretend I was a character in them and walked in cardinal directions all over the place...kinda weird, but just messing around more than anything.

Also, after playing hours of Diablo II and other similar games, sometimes if I lose something in my room I would go for the 'Alt' key on my keyboard, hoping everything that could be picked up would be lit up, with a little label showing where it was. If only it was that easy....

The magical music from the Final Fantasy music, it totally changed my perspective of music, I actually appreciate top quality music from that, people may flame me for many reasons, but listen to certain songs from say FF7 etc, they're amazing, especially when you play the damn game, it's just amazing.
