He only paid the secretaries in cash? This dudes sketchy, I say get out before you get involved in something stupid. He's not going to improve, and if something sketchy is happening then it could hurt your reputation. At least keep records of anything weird.

I had an interview where my boss was obviously a bit a of a geek because in his office/ interview room he had a WOW poster that was opposite of me, problem was it was a picture of Illidan pointing out (at me) with the tag line "You are not prepared!". Not something you want to see during an interview really.

Unstable people are bad to do business with. If he turns on you later down the road he can do a lot to damage your reputation and make your life unpleasant as an employer. Even if I needed the money I wouldnt want the risk.
