>Connor: The CARVINGS are quite intricate, all hieroglyphics. You can make out images of TURTLES, GECKOS, IGUANAS, PARROTS, and SALAMANDERS. There also seems to be a lot of FROGS here and there, way outnumbering any of the other creatures carved into the wall.

A few glyphs in particular catch your eye: An erupting VOLCANO, a large SPIRAL, and an enormous SPIROGRAPH. Looks like some pretty interesting stuff. Too bad you have no idea what it means.

>Chas: It doesn't really look like there's much to see in the CAMP, with the exception of all the scrolls in the ELDERS' TENT.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

>Greg: The STONES do not attack you. You do, however, notice some other groups of IMPS hanging around.

>Greg:Stop looking at the stones and attack Imps

Looks like the STONES aren't going to attack you and are just regular LARGE STONES.Woot for small victories.

However there seems to be more IMPS around.Time to take care of that.

>Greg:STRIFE with Imps!

>Chas: You soon realize that you suck at art. A lot. Like, seriously, you're worse than me at this stuff. Just... just stop.

>Dirk:

-- iguanaElder [IE] began pestering stabsSalesman [SS] at 21:26 --
IE: Oh, hello Mr. Pace.
IE: How have you been?
SS: =]=> I've been doing all right, my Elder bro. I picked up some punctuation and also this.
SS: =]=> (Shows new watch)
IE: Is... is that what I think it is?!
IE: It is! You found the other watch already!
IE: Amazing!
SS: =]=> I was hoping that was what it was. I found it at the end of a bunch of long puzzles in a temple nearby.
IE: A temple? Tell me, did you have a chance to examine any of the markings inside it?
SS: =]=> Well I was kind of strapped for time, but maybe my shades recorded some of it.
SS: =]=> It's half-phone so I assume the camera works.
IE: Oh, well, that's good.
IE: In any case, I'm sure that the other elders and I can throughally examine it ourselves!
SS: =]=> Well feel free to take a look at the pictures.
IE: Actually, would you mind showing us where the temple is?
SS: =]=> Er... about that. The moment I took the artifact, the temple started to, uh, collapse.
SS: =]=> Then some barbasol got involved, and, the whole thing kind of went down. And then up.
SS: =]=> In flames.
IE: ...
IE: ...
IE: ...
IE: Sigh.
SS: =]=> I'm sorry, there was nothing I could do!
IE: Well, I suppose I should have expected this.
IE: An artifact such as that must be closely guarded.
IE: But, in any case, you have it now! Which means you can create your true masterpiece!
SS: =]=> I am absolutely looking forward to that.
SS: =]=> Do you have any idea how to do it though?
IE: Haven't you been provided with a method of combinding objects?
SS: =]=> Yes, I have.
SS: =]=> I just wasn't sure it was that simple.
IE: Well, that's the thing about life. Sometimes the answer is hidden in plain sight.
SS: =]=> That is refreshingly straightforward in this nightmare.
IE: I'm sure it is.
IE: Now, is there anything else I can help you with?
IE: Any questions you might have?
SS: =]=> Well, no, but on the off chance any rubble survived the explosion, here's the location of the temple anyway.
IE: Excellent! Thank you Dirk.
SS: =]=> And if this time travel stuff works, I promise I'll go back and study some stuff firsthand before it goes all explody and shit.
IE: That would be most welcome.
SS: =]=> All right, well, in that case I'll be going. The Hero of... Light, I think? Whatever, anyway Chas is waiting for me outside and I guess we're gonna go gather the others.
IE: Yes, that is a good idea. You should venture towards the Third Gate.
IE: It will take you where you need to go.
SS: =]=> Thank you for all the help, Mr. Elder. Oh, and did the Elder I sent back make it here safely?
IE: ...I'm the elder you sent back.
IE: *Cough*Racist.
SS: =]=> Oh! Wow, I'm... I'm sorry, I didn't recognize you with the freshly-combed beard!
IE: ...
IE: I think you should probably leave now.
SS: =]=> Right...
-- iguanaElder [IE] ceased pestering stabsSalesman [SS] at 21:43 --

Well, that could have gone better.

You head back toward the VILLAGE to find SCARFY and give him the shrooms.

>Connor: Record your findings in a text file.

You do so.

Code:
OK, this is too keep track of important plot stuff, wait, why did I put plot. Whatever. There are these walls in a temple It shows a bunch of animals, as listed here

TURTLES, GECKOS, IGUANAS, PARROTS, SALAMANDERS, FROGS

Worth noting, there are mostly frogs on the pictures, being fuckin everywhere

Other notable stuff are some Spirals, a really badass volcano, and very large circle with smaller circles inside it. The last one kinda reminds me of a toy I used to play with at school that would let me draw perfect circles similar to other circles

>Connor: Go though the third gate.

As you walk up to the gate, something strikes your mind. The mind enhancing item. You still need to build it. Shit, you better find a return node and stuff.

>Connor: Find and go though a return node.

>Chas: In a few years, copies of Dance of the Highbloods in Winter can be found across the Medium. It's been adapted to parchment, stone, clay, and any other method of recording images known to the various Consorts. Every village and outpost will have a few copies, and no art collection is considered complete without the masterpiece.

But for now, you just spent 30 minutes scribbling in the dirt. Yay you.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

>Greg: SCARFY (That's totally his name now) happily takes the RARE MUSHROOMS you hand him. He asks you to follow him, and shows you a secret passage that leads under the VILLAGE. At the end of the passage lies the Second Gate, apparently.

He also hands you a coupon, good for 10% of at the town store! Whoohoo!

And you level up as well. Level 15 Mediocre Swordsman. +3 Boonbucks.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

>Connor: There aren't any Return Nodes in this area. You do see the Third Gate though.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

>Xavier: You create the EXPLOSIVE BOOTS OF EXPLODING! It's probably not a good idea to wear these, they seem quite volatile.

>Dirk: Leave. Quickly.

You burst out of the TENT in a TOTALLY NOT RUSHED AND EMBARRASSED MANNER. You gesture to CHAS that it's time to go, grab SNAKE EYES and make a beeline for the GATE back to your house. It's time for some ALCHEMIZING.

>Greg: The inventory in this SHOP seems to be the same as the last VILLAGE'S.

STICK: 1 BOONDOLLAR
ROCK: 2 BOONDOLLARS
STICK AND ROCK TIED TOGETHER: 10 BOONDOLLARS
STONE CUP: 50 BOONDOLLARS
BLACK ROBES: 1,000 BOONDOLLARS
BLACK KNIFE: 2,500 BOONDOLLARS
LEGATO SLASH: 525,000 BOONDOLLARS
SCHERZO STEP: 716,000 BOONDOLLARS

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

>Connor: You step through the Third Gate, and find yourself in the Land of Sun and Stainless Steel. Directly behind you, you can see a massive spire of rock stretching upwards. Spread out in front of you is a wide open plain, occupied by GECKOS, IMPS, and the occasional OGRE.

You see a blue Return Node a few yards away from you.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

>Team Aldirk: You make it back to Dirk's house easily enough. You can see that it's currently hosting a small group of IMPS and IGUANAS, who seem to be building a statue of KAMINASPRITE. Huh.

KAMINASPRITE himself is supervising the work, giving motivational speeches and terribly confusing advice, that still somehow sounds epic.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

>Xavier: You create the STARLIGHT SHIV! It's kind of hard to look at, due to its intense brightness, but seems to be made out of an incredibly strong metal. It might even be... painium.

Wait, that's stupid; painium doesn't exist. Still, the dagger's very sharp and very strong.
