A sequel to Supreme Commander Forged Alliance. I like to pretend that the wish has not been filled. If you took away the title screen you'd never know after all.

You know, I once thought that the search for truth was the noblest endeavor you could take. I wanted to find the answers to all of the big questions. The ones that really mattered. What's the meaning of life? Is there a god?

Hoo, boy, that was a mistake!

Oh, that one hurt. And don't even get me started on Berserk....

"You know...it would be really cool to see a modern 21st Century movie with Batman and Superman together!"

To paraphrase the great Lilly Tomlin...perhaps I should have been a little more specific.

I feel like Batman V Superman and the upcoming TMNT film are both examples of monkey-paw movies. Sure we got them but the former is more like a pre-Justice Lords movie and the later may feature Bebop, Rocksteady and Kraang but it's Micheal Bay sequel. I feel like Force Unleashed 2 was another monkey-paw thing. I loved the original and I wanted more I didn't want a DIRECT SEQUEL. Especially when the canon ending of the first (heh) ends with your player character dying.

A couple of other monkey-paw type things for me were Skyward Sword, The Metroid Prime Trilogy, and Star Fox Zero. I'm always up for new Legend of Zelda and Star Fox game but I also want to play these games with a standardized control scheme. Zack and Wiki taught me that wiimote waggling isn't terrible but those other two Wii games taught me that my shoulders, wrists, and elbows are incredibly brittle but not as weak as my Wiimote's connection to the TV. As for Star Fox Zero, it's not terrible once I got the controls down (about 4 hours later) but I'm missing the radar and would love a wider field of view in the cockpit.

The 3DS generation of Fire Emblem. Especially when I said that a major flaw of Radiant Dawn was the lack of actual support conversations.

This one came true but boyyyyy... Do I wish it didn't.

And that is, a long time ago, I used to wish dearly that magic of some form was real.

Enter witchcraft... And all that nasty fucking shit that nobody should ever touch. EVER.

Once upon a time in ye olden days when i was a young lad... I was quite often ridiculed because i played video games (yes, i can see you know where this is going). I wished that gaming would be accepted as a perfectly normal Hobby...

My wish was granted!

...and now the gaming industry rarely caters for my taste in games anymore because they want to Appeal a very broad marked. Oh bugger!
Hahaha, you too huh? This goes for me too. I miss my old turn based console RPG's.. I miss games like Grandia and Suikoden 2. they just don't seem to make them anymore.

Hahaahahahaha! Thank God, I always hated that show!

I always wanted to see Toph in Legend of Korra. I got my wish. -sighs-....I got my fucking wish (exasperated). She became a *****, and screwed the pooch as a parent. Sorry Toph, but you're not getting much sympathy from me. All the more annoying, because she was my favorite of the original group.

Also, Saw III; it IV, and V made me give up on the movies all together. Those movies are a depressing train wreck.

Pirates of the Caribbean 2 and 3 had way too many characters. I was like "I wish they would make a movie that focused primarily on Jack Sparrow." Well... they made a 4th one. They probably shouldn't have made a 4th one.

Oh, and I bet here's another big one:

"Man, I wish we had a movie where we saw Anakin Skywalker before he became Darth Vader."

Quoting the Doctor Strange trailer. Realized a bit too late that it might be a misfire.

"Man this new X-Men: Apocalypse movie can be terrible for all I care."

Then an X-Men fan friend of mine almost begged me to tag along to some kind of avant premiere double feature type deal with X-Men: Days Of Future Past, and I was like okay sure because I hadn't seen her in a while. I also slightly expected it to be meh, considering some initial impressions I heard of.

I just came back from watching it and...

Oh... Oh my. Ohhhh my. This was a special kind of suck that I did not expect. I felt bad for my friend, considering how much she loves the X-Men. Sure I was laughing, but she was so disappointed.

Other than that, I was watching this current drama series wishing for one of the characters, who died WAY too soon in my opinion, to have more screentime... and then episodes later, the character did come "back"... However, it's wasn't as good as when the character was alive and not dead because REASONS!

Well, back in the day when I were playing the original StarCraft, I've still had no compunctions about using cheats. I've just breezed through the game popping cheat codes whenever it was convenient. I just wanted to see what the game does next and it was an easy wish to fulfill.
I were surprised to find, later on, that the game became a classic and many missions I casually stomped through actually left an impression on people since my own time with the game mostly left me feeling kind of hollow and, knowing the plot and the general map layouts, I could never get into the game enough to actually play through it normally later on. Now, it might be in part that I generally don't go crazy for Blizzard games the way so many folks do, but to this day, I mostly blame cheating.
