Happy birthday, OP. It was actually my birthday just this Saturday, and one of my friends got me this money maze with $20 inside. I felt ever so ecstatic when I finally solved the maze and got my goddamned money out. The sad thing is, getting $20 out of a plastic box made me happier than finishing half of my exams for this year.

Happy birthday!

Best experience huh? Don't have one. You know that one guy in your circle of friends? That one guy who stays quiet most of the time, occasionally saying something funny, then fading into the background again? I'm kinda like that guy.

I fought an annoying person who shall not be named and won to the tune of Rock the Dragon.

Best. Day. Ever.

Wasn't too long ago either.

Calumon: Happy happy happy birthday! :D

Seems the right way round to me. Everyone knows money is more important than exams!

You know that little rush that you get when you accomplish something? I get it often enough to where it's become unnoticed. The real big one for me, though, was when I first learned that I could manipulate folks. My friends have gotten to the point where they look at me when shit's going wrong and say "According to plan?" I nod and we keep going.
.....O_O...you are epic.

Excuse me while I faint from the sheer awesomeness of a shared talent..*passes out*

Read The Prince, The Art of War, and start to gain an understanding of basic psychology and it's not that difficult.
Oh I got down the basic psychology...

Quick to the library!! DANANANAAAAAAA
A few things to remember:

1) Each individual must be analyzed from their own actions. If you need to know how someone's going to act or react to a situation, feed them information. The person will make decisions based upon what they know and, conversely, what they don't know. Someone who's also a manipulator will be difficult, as they're likely to pick up on signs that they, themselves, either would or have used.

2) It's important to make them think that they came up with the idea. If you lead them to come up with the idea, that's fine, but if you actually try to force your will on them, they're more likely to go their own route.

3) Plan for as many possibilities as possible, but try to change what you can to make every eventuality favorable. A true strategist and manipulator is not always attempting to win. Rather, they're trying to make it to where the only possibility is victory.

4) Be flexible. People are a little on the unpredictable side. If you can adjust your plans then you're more difficult to outwit.

Edit: Also? Take a note from Ozzymandius from Watchmen. Only give away your plan if either you've planned to give it away or if there's literally nothing that can possibly be done to stop it.

One beautiful night I woke up at about 3:00am with an idea. I found a way to manipulate magnetic fields to effectively create monopoles for use in a very specific purpose (which I'm afraid I cannot divulge.) A discovery is like reaching the top of a mountain and falling in love at the same time. The amazing thing was that I wasn't even thinking on the matter, I simply woke up with a brilliant idea. I need not say something like "meeting her" for I have surpassed even that remarkable emotion. The average man will tell you that the greatest emotion is called "love," a man of science will tell you that the greatest emotion is "eureka."

...don't tell me that this is a constant state for you.
That would be a bad thing?
Not to most people. You'd think that folks would get irritated eventually. I find it amusing.
I can be somewhat overbearing to be around for long periods of time :p
Selective hearing is awesome for situations like that :p I'm told that I'm incredibly patient, though. I disagree (some things set me off almost instantly), but that's beside the point.

In celebration of my 1000th post.
But also in celebration of my Birthday today [sub](Yaaay)[/sub] I decided to make a thread about your best experiences. Ever.
If it's been done recently, sorry, but if not, tell us what the best part of your life has been.

And if you say something along the lines of "Meeting her" I will destroy you. Completely.

Now off with you! To the bottom of the page to post about your great times!
My ever-growing thesis on the meaning of true horror. Delving into such dark writings and surrounding myself with some of the most appealing literature associated with terror and the Macabre! To try and explore the dark corners of the human mind we hide ourselves away from and firmly grasp the concept that the greatest horror comes from real life.

I'm doing an entire oral presenatation on it Wednesday at my University, so I'm hoping to impress my peers. It'll be an accomplisment of the utmost extreme.
That sounds interesting, be sure to post a copy here, it should be worth a read.

Happy Birthday/Happy 1k, OP!

OT: Probably the feeling of being on a plane headed towards London. Any time I go to London, I just get filled with a happiness that can't be matched by anything else. Ever.
