Not only would she have to overcome drug addiction, but she would need help in terms of her personality, mental state and physical health too. I would do it, but first does she want out of that life or does she want help? From experience, people who may look like they need help or want it...well, they may not. Everyones different.

I liked the sex slave part until you told us about the abuse and drugs. Some people would kill to be in her position (minus the physical abuse and drugs)
OT Honestly you're probably better off either talking to her about it and notifying the police if you believe they can do anything to help her. She has to want to change her situation before you or anyone else can do something.

Confronting him yourself is just the most stupid move you could make, and just makes it more likely he'll either kill or seriously injure her, or yourself.
