i've never heard someone make a joke about video game nerds having a small penis outside of the realm of shane dawson, who's average viewer lacks a y chromosome and is between the ages of 13 and 15. regular, coke-bottle glasses, chemistry/physics majored, pocket protector wearing nerds (like me) is a maybe.
