"Well this sucks...."

A perfect example of "well this sucks" for me was five minutes into a seven minute shift the feel of my bra strap breaking. I was filling in at a new store opening so it wasn't like I knew anyone and I couldn't close my register and go to floral in hopes that they had a safety pin. That was an extremely uncomfortable seven hours.

While R&P is another beast entirely, I see no less vitriol and toxicity in other sub-sections of the forums that are for any kind of discussion. Stick around gaming discussion when Dark Souls, ME3, difficulty/challenge, console vs. PC, publisher talk and the like are going on. It gets...interesting.

That's why I included the "by Internet standards" bit. There are some hot button topics - anything even tangentially related to feminism seems to be "it" recently. And I know that a hypothetical Mass Effect 3 thread featuring Zeel and Lily Venus could easily end up with someone firing off a nuke. Yahtzee and Jim Sterling attract crowds of yes men... We're not the Happy Sunshine Rainbow Land here.

But in general, my perception of this little corner of the net is that it's less vitriolic than other forums I used to frequent. R&P is closer to what I usually see beyond the wall.

Well just now I finished playing my final promotional game in LoL and it didn't register my victory. It shows up on my match history as a win and I got the IP but under the leagues category, it still says I need to play another game. I am annoyed...

Oh which League were you gonna move up to? It would suck if you had Bronze 1 into Silver 4 or something major like that. Inb4 you got a troll or afk in the following match as well XD

And if you are on EU West feel free to add me. Rookie keeps inviting random people off The Escapist so I might as well follow him. I can't play 'til at least Wednesday or Thursday maybe Friday since I need to set up my new PC and download everything and stuff. That's gonna be a pain.

My name is Young Detective, because EXTREMELY subtle Persona 4 references are overpowered. There's a lot of Persona 4 in this thread actually. Good stuff. Our entire team changed names just because it was on sale. Rookie got entirely too happy when he got a Baldur's Gate reference accepted.

Turns out I'm just impatient. It bumped me up to Silver III after about an hour of waiting. I'd add you (my name's Wakikifudge -completely random and I'd change it if I was ever to buy any RP) but I'm on the NA servers.

Well at least you get to play on the stable server that doesn't die every other patch. There was a period of roundabout 2 weeks somewhat recently where there would be about a 3 minute queue for fucking Blind Pick every single time you tried to join a game.

I mean how am I supposed to be able to buy skins if the server is down? COTTONTAIL TEEMO WAITS FOR NO MAN!

I'm going to be so rusty when I finally get back to it. It's at least a week and a half since my last game... I was really bad after only a 3 day break before so god knows how bad i'm going to be...

"But it's your first game in a few days, you going to be ok?"

"Yeah, yeah easy"

"OMG THIS EZREAL IS SO BAD! REPORT FEEDER BOT LANE!"

I still won that one as well. Amumu/Lux/Ezreal ult combos won us the game :3

Ha, at least you brave ADC. That's something I tend to stay away from. Everyone expects you to do really well and I'm always worried that I won't get enough CS.

As far as server issues go, wow that really sucks. 3 minutes for blind pick is insane. Here's a tip if your server ever says "undefined" at the launcher screen (at least this works on the NA servers not sure about the others). Before clicking anything, type in: thereisnourflevel. The play button button should stop being grayed out and you will be able to get to the log in screen. I haven't had to do it in a long time though so they may have changed it.

Oh god yeah, I remember that now. It doesn't really do much except let you listen to the log in music if for some reason you can't just y'know Youtube it if you're that desperate.

I don't "brave AD Carry" exactly, I just love playing Ezreal. I own Pulsefire but play almost exclusively Nottingham... The Mystic Shots don't feel as smooth with Pulsefire. I guess it's because they wanted the cannon to feel punchier but the bow feels more responsive.

Ezreal's so fun when you actually get all your skillshots on (watching the attempted cross map ult travel for several seconds with bated breath is always awesome) but he's probably the worst person to play on a bad day. 'Cept maybe Syndra but Syndra's a lost cause for about 99% of the community anyway :S

And you get a free Flash every 15ish seconds. SEE YA LATER FUCKERS! *jumps wall on 100HP*

If you want a basic idea, like that but everything would be slightly off to the left.


Hey at least that guy landed an ult.

My super professional MLG role is Lulu support, which I only really play in Ranked. Because Lulu is best Champion in League.
