So today is the 30th anniversary of the movie "The Blues Brothers." This is one of my favorite movies and it just drips with Chicago.

So, what are your thoughts on Joliet Jake and Elwood Blues? How will you be celebrating? With a traditional meal of "Four fried chickens and coke" or with "White toast...dry."

With my schools 50th anniversary also coming up, Year 8 (My year) Will be having a fancy dress thing with a 1980s theme.

I think in honour of the Blues Brothers we should hold a neo Nazi convention with music by the Good Ole Boys. 30 Years? Damn, this movie was 8 years old when I was born and it quickly became one of my favourites as a kid. I'm gonna have to find it and watch it now.

Listen, I have a sizable investment in my video tapes from over the years. Unlike a lot of people, I kept mine in very good condition... plus I have a couple hundred of them, mostly from collecting. I have rare stuff that still isn't even on DVD. And yes, I do have DVDs... and Blu-Ray. Hell, I have Laserdiscs.
