Wet Demo

Hope you guys don't mind if we discuss the wet demo here. Today, i think it was today, the WET demo was released on the xbl marketplace.

I personally found the controls easy, but why the need for non-regeneratable health? And did anyone find it hard to aim outside of slo-mo?

The demo is fantastic, as I expect the game to be as well. Was going to pick up Arkham Asylum until I played this demo, now I'm going to wait (since I think this comes out soon).

Yeah, it's fun. Got a bit repetitive, though.

Just played it, wasn't impressed.

It felt like Stranglehold and was just as repetitive.

Its slightly fun but gets old fast.

I played it. My reaction? "Holy shit, I have to get this game." It honestly felt like I was watching a Tarantino movie. They did a really good job of making it feel like one. It was repetitive, but I had a blast with the demo.

It reminds me a lot of Stranglehold, which really isn't a good thing.

However, I like it's presentation a lot, so it still has a chance to surprise me

I played the demo a couple of hours ago. I really enjoyed it. It was like a mix between Max Payne and Devil May Cry. Theres also an obvious Quentin Tarantino vibe from it which I think is pretty SWEET. I don't think the game will be too repetitive as long as you can learn and unlock new moves and new weapons. I was feeling very reserved about getting WET but now I think I'll definitely pick it up. . . used version. Its good but i'm not paying 60 bucks for that game.

I definitely like liked the style, the controls took a little time to get used to.

But I will definitely give it a rent or buy when it gets a price drop.

Presentation was great, gameplay was not. Animation was choppy, especially Rubi's, and the gunplay wasn't fun or satisfying. Not getting it.

But the car section was pretty damn awesome.

Why pay full price for a game when you can get practically the same one for a lot less?

it does have health regen, its just your combo meter determins how fast it rgenerates, it even says this in the demo.

she shoots faster in slow mo, and that disturbed me that if i didnt want to jump or slide or backflip etc etc to kill someone it actually took forever to just shoot them out of slow motion. That really bothered me, love the feel of the game though, reminded me of kill bill, except in the 70's
