This my friends, is the year of the backlog, and I have quite the backlog. I have:

Tales of Graces F (currently playing)
Hyper Dimension Neptunia
Hyper Dimension Neptunia MK2
Resistance 2 and 3
Batman Arkham Asylum
3D Dot Game Heroes
Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword
Devil May Cry HD Collection
Metal Gear Solid Peacewalker HD
Star Ocean 4 International
and Super Mario Galaxy

Am I terrible for putting all this aside? Why yes, but thank you E3, for showing me that the only remotely good game coming out in 2012 is Assassin's Creed 3, oh and I think there was something else, but I can't recall.
Anyway, what kind of backlogs do you guys have?

do yourself a favor and skip Resistance 2

The campaign was pretty bad and the mutiplayer was dead when I last tried it.

I do most of my gaming on Steam, so even if I never buy a game again my backlog has me covered <.<

I also never finished Kirby's Epic Yarn, everything I have on Virtual Console and a smattering of DS games.

Something like thirty games that I actually intend to finish sometime, and I have Borderlands 2 on pre-order right now as well.

Haha, the only game I haven't finished yet is Touch the Dead, and it's downright impossible in the later levels. If anything, I haven't had '%100' anything since God of War 3, which I completed last August. I just start out the game on hard, then very hard/extreme. After that, it's the multiplayer if it has one. The one game I'm trying to %100 now is Arkham City. I only have that damn Riddler challenge, Fun House Extreme left. And I guess pokemon. The catching all 649 one.

I have such a huge backlog it's not even funny. I've been playing a lot of Saints Row the Third lately, but I've been buying up so many games since I've found a bunch cheap for my PS2, plus all those Indie Bundles for PC...

Is everyone here familiar with www.backloggery.com?
It's helping me track stuff, and I'm not even going to get started on those PSN games that I have.

I'm a trophy whore, and if they can't convince me to play those games I doubt I'll ever will.

Watchdogs
Metro Last Light
Tokyo Jungle
The Last of Us
Dishonored
Counterstrike: Global Offensive

So that statement is way out. In fact, although I'm looking forward to it and hoping it lives up to the name, I'd say AC3 is the title I'm looking forward to that I most expect to go wrong. This has actually been one of the more interesting E3s for me.

Pretty sure Watchdogs and The Last of Us are scheduled for next year...
However if Watchdogs DOES come out this year I will be uncontrollably happy :D

OT: I actually have no backlog! Except for Max Payne 3 which has yet to arrive as the place I ordered from are evidently terrible at shipping ¬_¬

If I recall correctly, they aren't out in 2012

From what I can tell, you were right to put Hyperdimension Neptunia aside.
What really sparked my interest was the dialogue, I'm not a fan of the combat, but I can deal, when I start over

This. My Steam backlog alone is so big that it's spread to my console collection due to lack of time to play everything. I have at least two or three PS2 games that I've bought but never played (including Shadow of the Colossus), but that pales in comparison to the number of PC games that I'm in the same boat with, which was sitting around 50 a year ago. I'm afraid to count it up at this point.

Uncharted 3

its funny but It took me 1.5 years to finish Dead Space 2...at 8 hours

and I've gone through the uncharted series really fast (particually for me)

Persona
Persona 2: Innocent Sin
Persona 3 Portable
Devil Survivor 2
Kid Icarus: Uprising (All Treasures Complete)
Mario Kart 7 (3 Star on all Difficulties)
Tales of Symphonia
Dark Souls

The Witcher 2
Battlfield 3 (All Achievements - 360)
Enslaved (All Achievements - 360)
Alan Wake (All Cheevos - 360)
Modern Warfare 3 (All Cheevos - 360)
Devil May Cry: HD Collection (/sob Cheevos 360)
Metal Gear Solid: HD Collection (Still haven't finished PeaceWalker or Sons of Liberty. I have finished Metal Gear Solid 3, four times in a row now :p)
Diablo 3 (Story)
Chrono Cross
Chrono Trigger
Final Fantasy IV
Final Fantasy VII
Final Fantasy IX
Final Fantasy XII
Final Fantasy XIII
Twisted Metal (2011)
Assassin's Creed: Revelations
Skyward Sword
Twilight Princess

I could go on, but that should suffice for now. This would be a VERY easy backlog... if it wasn't for those fucking Shin Megami Tensei games. Fuck you Atlus. Why make such a great series that takes HUNDREDS OF HOURS TO FINISH A SINGLE GAME?! WHY DAMNIT WHY?!
This man, PRAY FOR THIS MAN

Also, I can't blame you for finishing MGS3 4 times, that game is just soooooo good
