What about the AWESOME New Vegas glitches?

I'm just as sick as everyone else is when it comes to hearing about how New Vegas is too glitchy causing it to not be a good game, not live up to expectations, to be boycotted by everyone and their mom, etc. etc. etc.

So what about all of the hilarious glitches in Fallout: New Vegas? Has anybody run across anything epic and hilarious? Even if you hate the game, post something that occurred that made you chuckle.

Personally, I found the Golden Gloves and immediately equipped them. Now, every time I equip a new weapon, I am holding the weapon while wearing the golden gloves.

Not exactly hilarious, but mildly amusing: a dead robot husk trying to bash its way through the ceiling - kinda like a fly trying to get out of a room through a closed window.

Random raiders respawning as soon as I murdered the last one. In a huddle. TNT came in handy, causing one (leader) to rocket off into the sky and die landing.

And people are complaining about the game for a good reason. As much fun as I had with the game, Obsidian deserves to be trapped in a room for weeks while a long line of fans come in and ***** at them because of the glitches.

I haven't encountered any glitches and I almost beat the game and did pretty much all sidequests...although I do have it for PC

Well one glitch i had was with Caleb McCaffery... I paid the debt collector quest off out of my own caps and accepted the next quest to hunt him down from the Garret twins... he was still in the room and all the Garrets twins Guard opened fired on him and slaughtered him... i then looted his body and got credit for the quest

After I had rescued Deputy Beagle (in Primm), I went back to the Vicky and Vance Casino to find him, and he had his head stuck in the ceiling, leaving him dangling in mid-air. For a second it looked like he hanged himself, ashamed of uselessness.

Also, after encountering the Vipers for the first time, a group of about five of them were just standing in a tight cluster, completely immobile. All I did was walk up to about thirty feet away, then carpet bombed them with an Incinerator.

a random fiend fell out of the sky in Novac, his legs exploded as he hit the ground. I panicked a little and shot Victor as a result

On the Come Fly With Me quest, when I went to get some fuel for the rocket engines, the body I was supposed to loot was stuck in the road. I had about a split second to click "search" but missed my mark and thought I was stuck out of the quest for good, much to my annoyance. I went back, about thirty hours later, though, and I realized that the "search" mark hadn't disappeared, I had just missed it.

So, a glitch, yes, but also my own stupidity.

Well, I just think complaints are called for in this case. But sincere apologies, I won't contribute to Obsidian bashing in this thread from here on out.

i didnt get any awesome glitches.

only glitch i got was a scorpian in the ground once. so maybe its not really obsidians fault and you all just have buggy computers

actually does putting 3 c4 on the ground and using them to kill lanius or who ever. but instead of just killing him he just dissappears? no chunks no body anywhere i could look.

i loved the bug in vault 11
whereby upon completeing vault 11 you get 500 XP
but if you continually press the A button (or X if you're a PS3 kinda guy) then it instantly upgrades you to level 30 practically
great for second time around walkthroughs

plus Deputy Beagle keeps getting stuck in the ceiling of the Vikki & Vance casino
i can just see his legs waggling around up there occassionally

Few things...

First isn't really a glitch, just an exploit. The cliff running "Ability"...Oh how I love this. Near Hover dam, there is an area down below where you can find some SUPER-MEGA-AWESOME explosives...So, I decided to equip my "Mountain Goat Feet" ( Not an actually item... ) And proceeded to hop down a vertical cliff, that would have killed me normally. I love doing this, just makes me feel awesome...

Second, as many will know the Cazadore's are the bane of many a F:NV player. So, after encountering a group, I ran up past a few rocks and thought I had hidden myself. How wrong. Imagine "The ride of the Valkyries" beginning to play, as THROUGH the rocks, comes four of these evil little creatures...

And finally, my favourite...which I believe many people have encountered. Stepping into the Solar yard, in Helios-1. As soon as you leave, a giant thundering rumble sounds out from above. Scaring the pants of me as I run looking for the origin of this noise, to only find out that three securitrons, Old lady whatshername and her dogs had spawned in mid-air and were proceeding to kick my ass.

In the White Glove casino (can't remember the name right now) there was a random patron walking a good 4-5 feet off the ground. Apparently he didn't realize he was in the sunken bar area, but the moment I talked to him he dropped down Wiley Coyote style.

Anyway The Legate got shot by a Anti-Material Rifle, and flew up into the air to never come down. I was upset but if I had seen it happen to someone else I would have pissed myself.

I think that is just a natural occurrence of using three c4 devices on a person. Those things are used to take apart tanks and other heavy armor and you just used three of them on a squishy.
