If voice actors count, Jim Cummings. He's been in pretty much everything. He was Winnie the Pooh.
I'll give you a minute for it to sink in. Winnie the Pooh. Dying.
Who wouldn't cry? Probably a lot of people, actually... but I won't be one of them!

If we're being refined to actual actors, I can't really think of anyone... I'll be sad when Stephen Fry, Hugh Laurie and Rowan Atkinson aren't around anymore, but I doubt I'd cry.

Don't know about crying, but I would definitely mourn John Cleese, Johny Depp, Gary Oldman, Kate Winslet and, more than any, Anthony Hopkins.

Since I didn't actually cry when my own grandmothers died, I doubt I'd cry over an actor. I might get a bit depressed when Terry Pratchett pops his clogs though.

Actors/Actress-

Alan Rickman, Natalie Portman, Hugh Laurie, Michael Caine, Johnny Depp

These are the ones I can think of at the moment, I probably have a few musicians and directors/writers I would miss if they died, but I'll just leave these few.

Morgan Freeman, Clint Eastwood, Harrison Ford, Liam Neeson, Ian McKellen, a couple others that I don't necessarily remember right now. All of them played a role in my childhood and still manage to be great actors.

Loads. Stephen Fry and Tim Minchin are near the top. Basicaly, any high quality actor or comedian that dies I will miss, but some I will actually cry/feel very sad.

I wouldn't cry, but I'd be like "dammit, that sucks." I had that reaction when Paul Newman and George Carlin died. If I'd be the most upset it would be Liam Neeson. He's my favorite all time actor. I'd probably be like "son of a *****" and move on.
GEEEEOOOORRRGGGE! I miss him so much.

When they eventually die, I know I've been ninja'd, probably Harrison Ford.

I'll never cry when someone I don't personally know dies. But damn, I'll be very pissed when Tom Waits dies, and this applies since he's also acted, as well as made some of the greatest songs ever written. I'm sure I'll punch asphalt a few times, fire off a few rounds, and drink a bottle of vodka in his honor.
