I don't have 'hope' for humanity, because that's a silly concept when you think of it.

I know humanity won't throw itself to the shitter because we haven't done so yet. And humanity, on the whole, has become more and more civilized throughout the centuries.

Humans might be less than atoms floating through an empty, infinite space. Absolutely helpless creatures trapped in a hostile, oppressing world. As a collective we're idiots and fools, spellbound by whatever fear is currently fed to us.

But at the end of the day, humanity will make it. It will make new great works of art that will be fondly remembered, while the utter shit (which is of all times) will be forgotten.

We'll be fine.
