Wow, a lot more people listen to anime music than I have expected. Well, I haven't listened to any anime music for months, but the last 3 soundtracks (cannot remember specific songs) were from Death Note, Angel Beats and Rebuild of Evangelion 2.22.

I'm listening to Electioneering by Radiohead, it's not an anime song but I found the band through Ergo Proxy.

The Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt OST. Best anime soundtrack I've ever heard, and it completely changed my views on electronic music.

I love both subs and dubs. Grew up with dubs and then drawn into subs in college.
More often than not, I won't have a big preference for one being better than the other. But it's happened. For both.
Some anime that I will not watch in Japanese because the voices make me wanna stab people are:
Yu Yu Hakusho... (No! Bad, Yusuke and Kurama's voices! Bad!); Rurouni Kenshin... (Gah! How dare you make Kenshin sound like a girl? How dare you!); Blue Seed (Kusanagi sounds old and Momiji's voice makes my ears bleed due to the shrillness); Full Metal Alchemist... (Ed sounds too young. He's only short but he shouldn't sound that young. 14 year olds do have deep voices): Digimon (Yamato is too deep. That would have flown in 02 but not in the first season) and Nightwalker (Shido is too deep for me as well. Ick, ick!)
So it can go either way for me.
