What annoys you most on the roads?

What do you find to be especially annoying whilst out on the road. You don't have to be able to drive a car to reply, if you're a cyclist, pedestrian or public transport user then please feel free to tell us all what winds you up the most.

For me it has to be the constant speed wombles. Easy to spot, you're on an A road with a speed limit of 60mph then come up behind a queue of 5 cars doing 40mph. Guaranteed you'll find at the front of that queue of vehicles one of these idiots. Driving totally oblivious to the fact that they are holding everyone up. The worst aspect of this is that when you finally reach somewhere where the speed drops down to 30mph they will continue to do 40mph.

High Beams.

nothing pisses me off more than driving towards somebody who just refuses to turn off his high beams, thus blinding me

Old drivers... never going the damn speed limit, and also people that you want to pass but then go really fast at the passing lane then tailgate you for the next five miles.

On the way home i have to cross a McDonald's drive in entrance. I often find these lines of cars waiting to go out (as it's a main street and it's pretty busy). Then I have to make my way through the cars and the jackass behind the first car revs his engine and moves a few cm just so I wait for him to pass first then cross, in case the guy in front of him moves first. Dude, if you're in such a fucking hurry don't stop at a flaming drive in. thank you.

Tailgaters since they just can't accept the fact that I'm going to do the speed limit and I don't care if they like it.
Trying to push me down the road is just going to make me go slower. Their horn also tells me that they approve of my driving slower. And yes, I am number 1, thank you Mr or Mrs Tailgater.

This, absolutely this. I've almost been run over by a ***** that didn't signal when she was turning out from a roundabout. Oh well... Female drivers, I guess.
