People who go BELOW the posted speed limit when there is no reason to, on a sunny day theres no reason to go 90km in a 100km zone, you may think your being safe but all your doing is fueling road rage
This. Or when you're on the highway and the limit is 65 (miles, not km), but everyone's going 80 and even then people are passing you like you're standing still. Even then there are idiots who are still trying to go 65, even though it's just making things even more dangerous, both for themselves, and everyone else. Sometimes it's not even reasonable. I was once stuck behind someone going literally 5 mph down a hill. Then I noticed the walker strapped to the back of the car, and realized that it probably belonged to the driver, which brings me to #2...
-Old people: I'm not for taking all seniors' licenses away, I can accept the fact that some seniors are still relatively competent drivers, but there should at least be some sort of mandatory yearly or bi-yearly re-testing for people older than 65

Also this. There's a road that I have to take to get to school that's 1 lane in each direction with no shoulder, and there's always at least one biker who's riding in the middle of the freaking road, so that you have to go out, almost entirely into the other lane to get around them.
