I always liked the metal gear solid themes, granted the games aren't great but the music is always very atmospheric, oh and the entire soundtrack of scott pilgrim v.s the world is pretty epic.

But just so I can be more specific, World of Goo has a fantastic soundtrack, but this is easily the best song from it.
