What are the most horrendous ways that you could imagine dying?

I could probably think of quite a few, but the ones that instantly come to me are:

1)Having your stomach sliced open and intestines slowly pulled out.
2)Drowning (Seriously, that's gotta be terrifying).
3)Being choked with your own severed penis (Yeah, try imagining that).

2.) Being a troll (like a fantasy troll), and consistently be brutalized because you regenerate so fast.
3.) Skinned Alive

3) Acid being forced down your throat and having it slowly burn away your innards.

Buried alive is my least favourite of them all... *shudders*

Well the most painful ways to die I can think of are:
1) Drowning
2) Burning alive
3) Death by falling in lava/death by napalm

The first two are so excruciatingly painful because they both deprive all of your cells of oxygen so they basically make your body unable to function on a cellular level after a certain amount of time. And the lava/napalm thing because I can't imagine basically having fire sticking to your skin. Not just your skin burning but having the burning actually sticking to you like glue.

Dying at all is already a pretty horrifying concept for me, though getting hung drawn and quartered sounds rather unpleasent, as does being sodomised to the death with a railroad spike covered in barbwire and sulphuric acid. But no death can be worse than the inexorable fate of anyone who watches an Uwe Boll movie:
