It usually depends on my mood.
If I'm restless, then a walk or a ride on my bicycle (very preferrably on a sunny day).
If I'm depressed, it's knowing somebody cares and doesn't just go dumping their problems on me then ditch me when they don't need to whine. Other than that...events coming together so it seems like the universe orchestrated it to make me feel better (yes, I'm narcissistic).
When angry...Fire helps, as does The Offspring and smashing things.
If utterly annoyed, some silence and a good fanfic/book/magazine, maybe something to eat and drink along with it, zero punctuation.
Other than that, hugs are good, as are strawberry daquiries (I drink for the taste, not the alcohol) and a good shower. Oh and candy. Lots of candy.
