hi! title says all, not limited to games and such.
mine would be halo, minecraft and zero punctuation
reasons:
1)halo. much of my childhood was based on halo, i rememeber having friends over almost everynight to play halo. even the girls gave it a shot ( though they werent very good, no offence :p)
2) minecraft. before i tried it, i had completely no idea what it was about, yet when i finnaly gave it a go, it blew my mind away and i started promoting it on campus like mad
3) well he's the reason why i'm here and he's funny
so whats yours?

The Splinter Cell series. Specifically Chaos Theory, the best of them in my opinion. I can't get enough of Splinter Cell games.

I especially like the main character, Sam Fisher, and how he's actually getting kind of old in Double Agent. Though they buggered that up by making him look like he's in his thirties in Conviction.

But I haven't played Conviction yet, so I can't hold that against him! Sam Fisher all the way, he'd kick Solid Snake's ass!

The Elder scrolls and Mirror's edge perhaps.

Oh and Clannad, because it's the best fucking anime ever!

Metal Gear Solid, Red Dead, and Morrowind.

Star Wars, Twin Peaks and Westerns.

That answer your question?

The writer John Ajvide Lindqvist, specifically the novel he wrote, Let The Right One In and the film adaptation of it, which he wrote the screenplay of. It's brilliant <3

Also, for music: Radiohead. I fuckin' love em!

Your first post makes me feel old. Anyone using the words "Halo" and "Childhood" in the same sentence does that.

I am a complete fanboy of the following people/things/movies/whatevers:

-Dario Argento
-George A Romero
-Flogging Molly
-TimeSplitters: Future Perfect
-Austrian Death Machine
-The candy called "Brains".

Ill just make a list:

The Elder Scrolls
Atlus
Blizzard
Oddworld Inhabitants
Bandai Namco
Nippon Ichi Software
Game Freak

I could list on and on but I think I'll leave it at that. I'll probably remember something after I post and consider editing it in.

A few movies. (<url=http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/326.231661-2-50-Reviews-Snow-Angels-2007>Snow Angels, <url=http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/326.264833-2-50-Reviews-Just-Peck-2009>Just Peck and <url=http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/326.253411-2-50-Reviews-Orphan-2009>Orphan are the main ones that come to mind)
A few actors: Mark Wahlberg, Brie Larson, Leonardo DiCaprio, Kate Beckinsale, Naomi Watts.
A few bands: Nightwish, Taylor Swift, Tarot, Muse, Avril Lavigne, 3 Doors Down and Lights.
A couple game series: Pokemon and Valkyria Chronicles.

And that seems about it, I think.

FMA and the Persona series. Do not start a conversation with me about those two things, I will never shut up.
