i made a small sky castle, and flooded the lower areas of my world with lava.

I'm not really making anything at the moment, just making a subway to get between places where I will make stuff. Eventually.
I've made a couple of statues, and a house covered (completely) in lava, but so far, not too much.
When I get the time though...
I'm exploring the massive cave network under my house (on peaceful, because I'm a coward) and building up a castle on the hill above my house.
I'm doing a lot of things. Building a giant castle, filling in my walled fortress, building a massive lighthouse, planning the walls for the central city in the upcoming escapist server, building woodman, trying to figure out how to build a servbot and building a tower of DOOM on a floating island.

I'm currently making my fort completely symmetrical, as well as sinking nearby islands using only my fists and TNT.
Sigh... A crappy wooden house. I just started.
EDIT: Though in the classic version, I had a house, swimming pool and awesome garden all connected by cool underground tunnels that were all disguised to look like mountains and dirt. It fucking rocked.

I have been building what I have titled the Spire hotel.
It began as an experiment to build a giant winding staircase stretching from the lowest point of the map to the highest i.e. lava to "ceiling". I then added walls turning it into a tower. I then added a viewing platform to the roof. I then built a swimming pool (complete with diving board). I then built a wall all around the area and "paved the land". I then added a moat around the tower with a glass floor just over the water. I then went up the tower adding balconies at certain points and windows to view the landscape. I then descended to the lowest point and began hollowing out the area.
I am currently building floors to the hotel including an underground swimming pool, living spaces and a library. After that I'm looking to build a dock area next to the hotel and expand.
I feel like I'm 10 again and I have access to unlimited lego blocks. This makes me happy.

Currently, I'm building/finishing off my fortress - it's got a Target Range, Escapist Archives, Swimming Pool, Art Gallery, and all that wonderful shit.

Well a user from the minecraft forum tried to do pong using red stone and I found it as a fun challenge so at the moment I'm planning and drawing some sketches on how it would look and how much room I need to build it.
And some of my recent structures(that I probably have to rebuild after the Halloween update) is, an automatic train station(which doesn't bug out), a 90x90 Observatory built from bedrock up to the sky limit, and a farm for cacti and wheat.
