Basically, as the title suggests, tell us all what is currently dominating your thoughts.

For me, I've got 3 things kicking around in my noggin:

Firstly, is Transformers: Beast Wars. God, I forgot how frickin AWESOME that show is. The one thing about the new Bay-formers movies that I can actually say I'm grateful for is that they reminded me that this show exists. Been watching the old episodes for days.

...Beast Machines is still as bad as I remember it, however.

Second is Marvel vs Capcom 3. SERIOUSLY looking forward to that game. I'm a fighting game nut, and I love superheroes and alot of Capcom games, so you can understand my excitement.

And last is Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt. This is the latest anime I've watched, and I'm friggin in LOVE with it. It's just so damn over-the-top and audacious that I can't help but love it.

So, what are my fellow Escapists currently fixated on?

I was one of those people who thought the 3DS was going to be horrible, now that I know the 3D can be turned off, 3DS FOR THE WIN.

So you're going to pay £320 for a regular DS?

Everything is improved on the 3DS, its more of an upgrade then the DSi and The DS lite, improved processor, it will be able to play movies, actual games will be able to be downloaded onto it via the new 3DS market place, the Graphics without 3D will still be closer to the Gamecube then the N64, The game card itself can now hold 2GBs instead of 256MBs (if you don't know computer specs thats 8x as much information.) and the game library looks sick (I put this last because its more of an opinion.)

Fair enough. Despite that I still think it's overpriced. It does sound pretty good though.

As for things I'm currently obsessed with...I'm not sure I have any. I wish I was more obsessed with my blog. 'Neglected' is the word I'd use.

Bayside! I'm seeing them live in 8 days, so I'm listening to them as much as I possibly can before I see them.

Echo Bazaar.

Just... Echo Bazaar.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I have an appointment with some Rubbery Men.

Right now, it's minecraft.

I know I'm late on the bandwagon. I just didn't think it looked that great. Last week I was looking for a light game to play between studying and ended up buying it for lack of an alternative. Bad move. This game is addicting as hell.

I watched the whole series again last spring and had a terrific time. I know some people didn't like it because of the departure from the first series, but in my opinion it's the best Transformer show ever made. The characters were awesome.

The Social Network's soundtrack. Odd, I know, but I really like doing homework to the gritty, eerie backdrop it gives.
