I was browsing Netflix Instant on my 360 and I decided to go ahead and check out Call of Cthulhu.
Now I'm not one for old style movies. Anything older than 40 years or so has to be DAMN good and ahead of it's time for me to like it, but this 2005 silent/black-and-white adaption was more incredible than I could have imagined! It PERFECTLY captured the story and even the stop-motion Cthulhu was somehow perfect!
Every HPL [s/]fan[/s] cultist needs to see that movie...

I'm going to be continuing my Fresher's Week by heading out on a bar crawl with my university's alternative music and metal society. It's a good thing I don't have any lectures until after midday tomorrow.
It's almost noon here now. But later tonight? I'll be doing what I do every night, Pinky; try to take over-- Er, I mean I'll probably be playing some Fallout: New Vegas and (hopefully) work on the plotline for my NaNoWriMo project.

Tonight? Probably go to the gym and make some more homework. Or take a break for once and play some Rage of Witcher 2. We'll see how far I get during the day, it's not even noon here yet.
Shame you did posted this last night since I had watched Batman Year one (it's so awesome)! As for tonight, probably my mudane internet surfing as I do almost everyday (depend if I got a new gae to play or not).
Played a few rounds of Company of Heroes with some friends. Bed time now though, since it's past 3AM.
My initial plans are to get somewhere with my dissertation proposal for uni, since I need a draft of the thing for the end of next week at the latest, and I've barely started.
What will probably happen is a friend will ask me to play Minecraft with him on his server, and I'll end up doing that instead.

I gonna finish my Nuclear Power plant in Minecraft with the Technic Pack on... right after finishing that bottle of imported vodka my mate gave me for my birthday.

Good for you pal, 'tis an awesome game. Do yourself a favour and stick the difficulty up to 'realistic'. You'll get your ass kicked from one end of each level to the other, but by God it'll improve your tactical know-how. Shame you're getting it for the PS3, I'd have offered to meet up for a Terrorist Hunt later if you were getting it for the 360.-Samurai- said:
