Finishing A2s.

Then I'll get into a university for my desired career, fail to make friends there, become the passive aggressive postit note guy, then get my degree, fail to get a job or start my own company, then use the fact I have a bachelors in science for game design as conversation point at parties.

Also, I've discovered that when I play Metal Gear Solid 2, it becomes Super Meat Boy.

Working in support for a games company it's fine, not where I want to be overall but it pays very well, living with someone fine at the moment see it goes and playing as many games as possible and going out on my weekends. Not as depressing as it sounds heh.

I am:

- Currently at university
- Learning Japanese
- Saving up enough money to get a TEFL course
- Resting a damaged ankle so I can continue a martial-art
- Wanting to learn something 'musical' but stumped
- Editing a friend's ideas for a novel
- Trying to save up some other money on the side to afford a style + wardrobe change
- In a semi-comatose state after not sleeping for days and then sleeping at off moments throughout the day.

failing.

everything i apply myself to fails, cant find a stable job to save my life.
the few things im good at i cant do either because im to old or to unfit to join ( army and police ) or cant hold a license for anymore ( security ). That or dont have the money to go into business for myself ( personal trainer qualified )

So the positive things i am doing are training and gaining muscle mass.

Got my foot in the door of a top financial firm, hopefully gonna use that to grab a preferred loan for a house. Getting married later this year, but I'm still lonely as hell cause wifey is overseas till I get my own place.

Forever looking to find a comic artist to collaborate with. Seriously, do you guys just hate money or something?
Maybe you should PM Melanie McGreevey [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/18.345419-What-are-you-doing-with-your-life#13825094] lol?

OT: I ask myself the same question everyday... *ahem*

I don't really. I'm currently unemployed but constantly applying for jobs that don't seem to want to let me do them. It's not like I don't have a degree or anything... >.>

Aside from applying to millions of jobs, I'm also a voluntary feature writer for a videogame website and co-writing a script for an online animation. I also read an obscene amount because, hey, you gotta unwind somehow, right?

Trying is the first step to failure. -Homer simpson-

OT: nothing , i am just coast through life , going with the flow , with no real goals and i a perfectly happy that way . I live day by day , since i may not live to see tomorrow , so stressing about my future seems pointless . I am not materialist nor superficial , so i don't care about having a big car or a giant home or fancy newfangled ipads to read on the subway like most people do ( seriously i haven't seen anyone on the subway do anything else with an opad than read).

I'm basically existing as opposed to "living" according to most people , but meh whatever .

Still in High School, determined not to fail any classes. Taking AP Language and Psychology (which is apparently a more advanced class), and I'm going to be taking AP Literature and AP Psych next year. Hoping to get into a college (still to be decided), but I'll have to work my ass off over the summer to get some packets done for more credits. Fucked around my freshmen year because I am an idiot, and my sophomore year because I thought I'd be moving to a different state, and because I am an idiot.
Haven't failed any classes so far this year (except one term of Physics, because it's hard enough as it is without the teacher not really explaining shit).

On my own time, which is to say working to better myself, not my college resume, I'm reading Nietzsche, have Voltaire, Plato, and Carl Jung lined up next, and I've begun writing my own thoughts down so I can critique or refine them later. Kicking around ideas for a novel. Drawing portraits of my favourite people (so far: George Carlin, Bill Hicks, Christopher Hitchens, Dave Chappelle, Stephen Colbert, and Daniel Tosh; interesting how all but one are comedians) to get better at sketching. Dieting and working out so I don't have to look at a mirror and damn myself every day.

I took and left a course in Game Design, but learned enough out of it that I'm capable of self-learning whatever I need, and was slowly making a prototype/demo. That's currently on hold though.

More recently, I'm expanding my social contacts, gotten back into writing, am learning how to do art properly, have quite a few on-going projects and even a small fanbase, and am saving quite a nice little chunk of money so I can leave the country by the end of the year.

All things considered, I'm not doing a bad job of moving forward, but there's plenty I'm still after. Shame these things take a lot of time, and jumping ahead a few steps only makes things messy.

Right now I'm not doing a lot, I just lost my job due to the store going bust and the other job I had lined up has been lost.....for the same fucking reason.

So I'm wallowing in self pity for a week and then getting back on with the grind afterwards.

Procrastinating and thinking about how depressed I am that I waste all of my time...
I'll be drawing stuff for a comic tonight though, so that's something at least :D
Even if I don't get chosen to draw it properly at least I got something done for once...

Working for a British member of parliament, because it was the first paid, full time job, related to my degree, that I could get. I've been doing it for just over 5 months now. I'll probably move on once I've accumulated enough career XP and there's jobs available.

I was considering going back to university and getting a masters, but it costs so much money, and I'm not sure I want to be a student again.

Well going to college, majoring in history, I have a job at The UPS Store, basically the manager of the place, I.E. if the boss is gone, I'm in charge. That pays well, pays for my apt. and everything that goes with it. Currently trying to romance this one girl, so hopefully something more serious will happen soon, and every weekend I seem to get into fun shenanigans with my friends, so overall it's a great life.
