Perhaps the spy? You could make all sorts of paper masks for your disguises once you have the suit and ski mask (fedora optional)

OT: I have no freakin' Idea... I thought about an Uruk-Hai from LOTR but overall I'd probably do something like a heavy metal rocker or perhaps a TF2 class if I can get the materials required for something so different.
maybe a RED heavy, I could pull it off if I shaved my head or got a bald cap a bullet proof vest and a minigun/ sandvich.
