Funny you should ask. We're sick of the standard christmas dinner so this year we're just going to have a curry.

Spiral cut ham with cranberry-pineapple glaze, and cloves.

Cranberry sauce.Stuffing. Green beans. Black Olives. Then yogurt and dried fruit for dessert.

(And perhaps a small glass of whiskey and coke for me. ^_^)

I'm not sure what's for dinner, but for lunch my family and I are having a delicious assortment of roasts.

I have no clue - usually we have something seafood related, since the whole traditional Christmas dinner would be very unsuitable for an Aussie summer, but this year it's bloody freezing. I think we're having dinner with a few other families anyway, so we could be having anything.

The previous two years, I've made chicken stuffed with cranberry and camembert, served with crispy herb potatoes and green beans.

Fortunately, I'm not cooking Christmas dinner this year, so I actually don't know what I'll be eating- probably whatever my vegetarian niece is having instead of turkey, because I hate that shit.

We don't celebrate christmas at my house since I am pagan and the wife is a jew converted over to atheism. Might go out to the pub though with a couple friends though

We just killed our pigs, so we're going to have a nice, fresh, succulent ham.

It will be glorious. I just tried some sausage from the same pigs. Oh man, they were practically orgasmic.

On the 24th, top sirloin steak.

On the 25th, raclette. It's a Swiss dish, where you have an oven like this:

and cook slices of cheese with other things in them like tomatoes, onions, etc. Also, you can grill things on top, like bacon, ham, or pineapples. Whatever you want, really. It's fun and tasty.

My family don't like making someone cook a roast on their own, it kind of spoils their day a bit, so we just eat whatever snacks we like throughout the day, and have ready meals =D
And before anyone says 2you should all cook it together and be the family fun times" - My kitchen is tiny.
