I quit shortly before WotLK, but I was a 70 Tauren Druid. I loved the versatility I had. And believe it or not, I was my guild's main tank.

I play an undead priest. Been playing the same character since I started WoW. Raided on the little bugger since the days of Molten Core and Zul'Gurub, and still raid on him. Don't see a reason to create alt characters, so I don't. Something around 5 years and counting, now!

On the horde side I have a 70 Belf hunter and an orc DK in the mid 70s.

My sub runs out - after five years - on the 14th Dec. Spending time sitting in the LFG channel trying to get a group going somewhere I have been 20 times before and dealing with the cesspit of humanity that the game community has become just is not working for me any more.

And I do feel profoundly sad. I had a good time playing the game. But I don't have 4, 9 or 24 people at my beck and call whenever I want to do anything. Add in all that gearscoring and linking of achievements and having to be inspected... the magic is gone and to be honest, my heart is kind of broken

Rolled one of each race/class on the Horde side when I started, and I tend to get tired of my alts, delete them, and then make a replacement that's pretty much the same thing. I like "starting over" a lot. The main, though, she's my girl, I'm not deleting her. No way.

Main - 68 Undead Shadow priest, dual-spec'd to Holy, but I've never used it and don't even have keybinds for it yet. I just want to learn to melt faces, that's all. Healing? Bah. And besides, I'd rather have a Resto druid as the party healer any day.

Alts -
- 24 Tauren druid, re-spec'd 3 times so far and still not happy with it. I think I just don't like playing druids. The only reason I haven't deleted her so far is that she has a bunch of frostweave bags, which makes her my future bank mule.
- 16 Belf warlock, will probably spec Destro when the time comes
- 26 Troll hunter, Beastmaster
- 14 Troll mage, Frost
- 9 Troll rogue
- 8 Orc warrior
- 11 Orc shaman
- 8 troll hunter

There is a semi-abandoned Draenai hunter on another server, and I'm thinking of starting up a fire mage because I thought up a clever name for one and it seems a shame not to use it.
