I work at a fancy hotel, and I'm building a 1000x scale replica of the huge fountain we have in our biggest banquet hall.

Nothing, I stopped playing after about 3 days. I got bored.

Some might say I have a lack of imagination, I say I can't be bothered to dig 300 ft down for enough Iron Ore to build 2 metres worth of mine cart tracks.

I made a massive underground mine complex beneath a man-made mountain, and am currently building a castle above it. Complete with dungeon entrances that link to the underground paths. It's not much to marvel because I only play Classic atm :/

I've been building a castle inside a mountain by hollowing it out. So far it has a tree farm, tons of mines, and whatever else I feel like. There's also a massive light house so I don't forget where it is. (I get lost easily)

I think I am going to try and make the worlds largest pyramid again. The point will be at the highest possible point in the sky, and the bottom will either be sea level or bedrock. If i center it on my spawn point I can have it engulf my current puny tower...

Pretty nice! I'm still building my house entirely out of glass... not sure how good it'd be for defense, but I'm on peaceful mode :D

Just finished the skyscraper, my friend (who shares this map with me) is about to put a cap of obsidian office coated on the outside with lava on top.

After that, our next huge project is probably gonna be underwater bases/development of townships

Made Rapture, an airship and a fancy mountain. Also a dungeon. All in a save file here [http://www.minecraftforum.net/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=61445], along with instructions for the dungeon.

After a long period of being burned out on the game, I'm working on a sequel dungeon, by multiple requests.

Well a stupid crash deleted my awesome floating house, so now I'm starting over and making a squid fortress of doom.

An endless glass tunnel, cutting through mountains.

So far I've only gone through two though [small](and one of those was more of a hill than a mountain)[/small], so it's not very impressive yet.

Making railways on single player. If the multiplayer server i was playing on had not gone and corrupted, destroying weeks of work, i would probably be making my underground city.

I have no imagination, so I always get bored of it. D:
I swear I will get addicted to it at some point though, especially if I keep trying so hard.

EDIT Well! I'm fucked. I hit max altitude. Guess im stuck in 3 floors. I might make a basement though.
Notch has implied that he'll raise the height limit. Don't trash your ideas yet, just postpone them.

OT: Tree Castle. Really easy to burn down though.
