I finished Dragon Warrior VII a few days ago. Took me just over 100 hours. Was in sort of a state of gaming limbo for awhile. I've started Arkham City, a replay of Persona 4, but then decided to go ahead and play Dragon Quest 4 on DS. One of the reasons I wanted to finish up DW7 was so I could play 4 5 and 6.

I picked up Gungnir and the Shadow of the Colossus / Ico collection. I'm thinking of starting one of those up tonight and switch off between that and DQ4 for awhile. Afterward I'll try to get into some of the other games I started.

Play Batman Arkham City. Is it the GOTY Edition? If not, try to return it for the GOTY Edition. I tell you, it's worth every penny.

Currently playing through Metroid Prime for the first time. Pretty fun so far.

I'm also doing another play through of The Last Story. Starting off fresh as I'm not really liking my chances in new game plus.

Just playing Overlord 2 through since i finished mass effect 3 the other day. 1 more weekend and my next 2 rentals turn up woohoo!
How is that game? Better than the first? What's the difficulty like?
Yeah it's pretty good. I wasn't keen on the first one but the second is much more playable. Some parts are pretty tricky but overall it's fairly simple (although confusing). Reasonably long aswell though there are reasons to backtrack which make it longer. It's worth a play if you see it cheap for sure.
Cool, I might pick it up then. I really enjoyed the first but I just hit a brick wall in difficulty. I think the game was even broken at that point. my character was simply too weak to take any damage, as he pretty much was all throughout the game. But this time it was just way too much. I also got all of my minions slaughtered and there was nowhere else to get a decent supply of them. Anywhere I could get them was also a place where they tended to die a lot, so I was fucked either way.

It was such a shame. I loved the world and the comedic aspects of it. Levelling up and building the tower was pretty awesome too, as was of course the minion mechanic. I even enjoyed the multiplayer. There was nothing else like that.

I just finished dragon quest 8 . Great game if you have the patience to get through it .

I am currently playIng Persona 4 Arena , great fighter , but i find it to be an easy version of blazblue( which i sucked at btw).

I'm also playing through Xenosaga episode 1 . I recently bought episode 3 , so i'm replaying the first and the second , can't wait to ( finally )find out how it ends.

Dragon's dogma. What the hell is with the tilde screen music? Yes out of everything in the game I focus on that.

I've been playing Persona 4 Arena and Mass Effect 3. I'm really enjoying both games, Persona 4 Arena especially.

On Dragon Quest 8 did you do the dragovian trials? If you didn't I must say it is well worth the effort.

Assassin's Creed 2 mainly, a bit of Sonic Heroes and Mafia 2 on the side, and I still murder some dudes in Just Cause 2 on occasion if I feel like doing so.

Guild Wars 2.
Just started Neverwinter Nights 2 as well. Not a bad game now that it works on my new fucking computer 2 years after I get the game.

Now that I've beaten Fallout New Vegas, I have moved on to playing The Witcher and QUBE simultaneously. Vastly different games but both are pretty fun.

Civ V, SWTOR, TF2 and plan on picking up CS:GO on the 15th.

I go between a bunch of other games on Steam when I get the itch though...

I've been playing just enough Guild Wars 2 to get my daily chest and maybe do a personal story quest every day, then I log off and go back to Minecraft... by the gods, as if that game wasn't addictive enough BEFORE I started learning how to design redstone gadgetry...

For the past couple weeks I've been playing White Knight Chronicles. Picked up WK2 which also includes one. It's not the best JRPG but at least it's better than FF XIII.

Also, just yesterday I found out that Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker was on the PSN as a solo download. Turns out it was released last week. I've just put in a few hours so far.

From what I've heard, Ground Zeros uses several plot elements from Peace Walker so anybody who hasn't played it yet should pick it up. It reminds me a lot about Snake Eater. Making enemies fly away on a balloon is, unique.

Well i finally got Twilight Princess for the Wii, and im enjoying it immensely. The beginning is pretty slow though, but hearing that the game is incredibly long, that seems to make up for it. Also, i just got Cthulu Saves the World / Breath of Death on Steam about a week ago for $1.50. Sweet. The game(Cthulu, haven't played the other, though i know they are fairly identical in structure) is really, really great. It was a bit of a risk for me buying it, not because of the price, but just because I dont like when i buy a game and end up not caring much for it, but this game just rocks. The music is sublime and the satire is hilarious without sacrificing the fundamentals of the game. It knows a parody falls flat if it just ends up doing the same thing it's trying to mock, so it avoids that by just being a damned fine RPG even without all its humor to back it up.
