I've been trying to get to grips with Crusader Kings II which I'm enjoying, even if I'm not particularly good at it.

I've also started playing the Witcher, which is also really good.

Four games presently, alternating between then: Gothic 3, Tomb Raider 3, Rome: Total War and Mount & Blade: Warband.

Gothic 3: One of my all-time favourite games that I've decided to replay. Nothing really more than that honestly, just back in the mood for it. Of course, it's fully patched and modded, to make it fun and playable.

Tomb Raider 3: For some reason a short while ago, I felt the urge to play the old Tomb Raider games. Not sure why. So I decided to play the one I'm least-familiar with due to me never getting anywhere as a kid (too fucking hard). Well, I am doing better now that I'm older, though still not great.

Rome: Total War: Currently playing the Viking Invasion II and Rise of Persia mods. It's my favourite in the Total War series. I think it has the best engine and the greatest selection of mods. I'm not playing this one much though, just every now and again.

Mount & Blade: Warband: This is basically the game I play whenever I'm bored, as my near 1,100 hours clocked into represents. I've been a regular on the AUS online servers now for the past couple of years, so it's a game I'm pretty much always playing now and again. Whenever I'm not in the mood for anything else.

Yeah I hear you man, Tomb Raider 3 is a pretty challenging game! I find I always have to turn up the brightness on my TV cause it's so damn dark all the time in that game and I hate running out of flares.

Dark Souls. I fell utterly in love with it once I completed the gargoyles boss. This is how I like difficulty in my games. Plus, the few colorful NPCs really contrast well with the isolated setting.

I've been trying to finish off Persona 3 FES and have been playing a round of League/Smite a month.

Funny you should mention that. I had to stop playing the PS1 version entirely when I got to London due to that issue. I bought a PC copy now and waiting for it to arrive through the post. The PC version has those kinds of issues fixed, from what I've read.

Warframe on the PS4. Having a bit of fun with with it, as I like the art design. Playing as a Saryn Warframe with a boomerang for fun stealthy kills... that my co-op players ruin my running throughout the level tipping off all the enemies. Still, BOOMERANG!

I tried doing the hideous and immpossible no alarm trophy. But I have no idea if it means literally no alarms, or not setting off mechanical alarms.
Enemies can be alarmed, they just can't set off the touch-pad alarms on the walls putting enemies into a constant state of pissed. Managed to get it myself easily enough.

But I wished they'd tell you that you fucked up your chances for a trophy, tried pacifist, I thought I got all the way through without killing ANYONE, but then it occurred to me that I had accidentally killed the two drug dealers early on in the game by throwing a basketball at them whilst they were unconscious. Fuck. That. shit.

Alright, playing Dino Crisis. If anybody played it I've got some questions I'm having trouble getting answered in walkthroughs. That be really, really helpful.

Can the dinos get killed by the laser grids or is the zap harmless?
Do the dinos respawn, and if so, do they respawn randomly or once I activate certain flags?
Does my score lower if I save multiple times (apparently there're unlimited saves)?
Are there any items I can "lose forever", any important areas that get closed off past a certain flag?
How the hell do those boxes + plugs work?

Why the hell would you make Adam Jenson, typhoon master and augmented super soldier, then make a bleeding pacifist trophy?!
IT MAKES ZERO SENSE!
It does actually, b/c while that maybe true he ''never asked for this''. :p

Anyways currently playing Bravely Default on 3DS. Really fun game but the art is espescially nice. It's like a water color picture book. It reminds me of a mix between FF9 and Saga Frontier 2.

I've got a couple of games on the go at the minute, as per usual. Most recently I've been playing Assassins Creed III: Liberation HD, which I picked up yesterday night as soon as it showed up on the PSN store. I'm rather enjoying it as well - I particularly like how Aveline's different personas have different playstyles, it's pretty neat.

Other than that, I'm about 7 hours into my first playthrough of Mass Effect, which I picked up during the PSN sales and I'm thoroughly enjoying it, and I'm in the middle of playing Ni No Kuni as well, so I've got plenty of hours of glorious RPGs ahead of me.

I have 5 titles on separate systems that I am currently playing (not all equally mind you).

Currently, I am spending most of my time with Pokemon X (love this game!) on my new 3DS XL and Assassin's Creed 3 on the PS3.

I'm also deep in Persona 3 Portable on my PSP and Chrono Trigger on my DS.

Oh, and I bought Duck Tales Remasterd from PSN.

PS3: Dark Souls
Wii: Pandora's Tower

I've only just started the above games and something I really like about them so far is how concise and to the point they are.

3DS: Pokemon Y (I'm progressing at a snail's pace)

Been playing Borderlands 2.
Trying to hit the latest level cap but I'm really just lazy and is farming for loot instead of going towards any goal.

I should actually be playing Borderlands (first game) but circumstances are keeping me apart from my PS3. So it's what little games my laptop can run for me at the moment. Anyway I like Borderlands but haven't found farming is such a big deal since you don't get that much money from weapons you don't pick up during missions.

Welcome to the forum too!

Battlefield 4 - somewhere in this mountain of bugs and slow patches is a really good game. It annoys me this game is coming up so short and getting such bad ratings because it was pushed out before it was ready, because otherwise it is one of the funnest games I've played
That's good to hear, to be honest I was interested in picking up a PS4 soon so I could play it but I was put off by all the comments people had. I'm glad to hear that it's still making people happy, I might reconsider now.
I, personally, feel like I've gotten my money's worth from this game, but a good amount of the community is pissed that the game was released about six months before it should've been put in public beta. Biggest problem is with what we call 'netcode': die from a shooter around a corner, die in one bullet because DICE has no idea how to fix some shots doing 2x the damage they should do, shoot players center mass and do no damage, have both shooters pull a Mexican standoff and kill each other (you have no idea HOW OFTEN that happens)...

Watch this video real fast, you don't even need sound for it.

Some of the minor bugs and balance issues -- like some vehicles being unnecessarily flimsy, denied revives counting as teamkills, and the most spammable grenade in the game accidentally having the hugest blast zone instead of the smallest -- is liable to getting fixed. But that netcode... I don't know if they know how to fix it.

As I said, I know it's a really good game. The map design is the best in the BF series, the weapon balance is miles above the M16A3-AEK spamfest of BF3, the shooting is really solid...! But the game still falls flat because of this one thing.

Hold off on a few months, if you're expecting something better. I still play it everyday and I like it.

Also they still haven't released Second Assault on PC, denying me of my wonderful M60E4, and the .44 Magnum got a pretty unneeded nerf. Poo on DICE for that.
