What Are You Worried About in Gaming in '09

Im terrified to see if WoW will get to the rest of Blizzard's head, and theyll turn Diablo3 and Starcraft2 into quality-less mush.

By all rights they should have enough money to make both the greatest thing since sliced bread, but who knows.

In case you hadn't noticed the Wii is by far and away the best selling console of the current generation. I think your fears are unfounded.

If I'm worried about anything gaming related for the year it's that Cursed Mountain is terrible or that it's awesome and nobody buys it.

there stages for a 2009 american release but if rock band tells us anything your probably right

-F.E.A.R. 2 won't live up to my expectations...

-No new C&C game will be announced (Tiberium-based..... Red Alert 2 & 3 blow).

-Rage will not be released.

-Starcraft II or Diablo 3 won't be released.

-No new announcements on Doom 4 (stuff that matters anyway...).

-I'll have to wait until 2010 or 2011 for Mass Effect 2 on PC.

-EA will release another cookie-cutter, mediocre game.

That F.E.A.R. 2 will just be F.E.A.R. 1 with a face lift and a couple of new guns.
That I have hyped Prototype so much that only me and other social retards will no be impressed and and feel the game lacks in game play or something.
That EA will keep throwing out bad games that fail (actually I don't have to fear it since I'm not buying another EA game again, EVER)
That the Xbox360 will not have any fun exclusives.
That my friends will all praise God of War 3 as the second coming and I'll be stuck with my stupid halo
That games will keep getting simpler and easier so that everyone can finish them (even my mum)

I have more but most of it is just hate on fan bases and would be considered trolling
Here's to hope, hope that this year will surprise me/us with great original games and beautiful execution.

Nintendo made over $41 million on the 38th best selling game on the year and had 5 of the top 10 games of the year. What you're saying is they'll go bust because of unpopular third-party titles and a few of their own franchises not selling a great deal, but with figures like that I think they hardly need to worry.

Im a bit worried about the game "Heavy Rain", hyped up an all, but im a bit afraid its gonna suck big time..
Also im worried about my ps3, hopefully it will not break, cause they are expensive, bought mine just as they was released in Norway.. Had to pay about 950 us dollars for it, with two games and two controllers..

I also hope that Sony will use a good couple of ps3's to guide some Tomahawk missiles bombing the shit out of every xbox factory, so that once again the glorious ps can shine on top of the podium again.. Making all game producers and publishers make only ps exclusive titles.. I HAVE A DREAM!
