What are your best tales from the table?

D&D, Exalted, Deadlands, Serenity or any other table top RPG, those who play them know they are good fun, but it's the rare moment of pure awe inspiring luck/baddassery that keeps things interesting.

So I was wondering what stories of old games have my fellow escapians got to share with everyone else?

As a sentient, 6-foot cockroach, I rode a hovercycle into combat where I started the fight off by charging at something that flew and one-shotting it with a lightsaber.

Dark Heresy:

As an expert Pilot of the Adeptus Mechanicus I made a perfect roll, stopped us from crashing into the planet....which cut about about 3/4 of the game content becuase we were meant to crash on it. All praise the Omnissiah.

D&D 3.5 - Level 6 psiforged psychic warrior in the middle of the street, augmented expansion to become Huge, dual wielding deep crystal bastard swords with shock on them. My DM even put onthe Megas XLR theme tune. Was sweet.

Or my current level 8 Crusader. Not a win so much, but rather funny. 1 on 1 tournament duel between him and a magic user (my DM never told me what class he was). First round goes ok, I gain a maneuver and do some fair damage to him. His round. He casts a spell, does over 70 points of damage and kills me stone dead in a single spell. The look on his face when he realised I was truly dead was a picture.
