What are your E3 2017 wishlist?

I'm still waiting for Bandai Namco and Project Aces to show some of the NON-VR stuff from Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown. Might make it even more worthwhile if they announce mod support for the Steam version.

Since I'm talking about Bamco, new Ridge Racer to go with the upcoming Ace Combat would be good. Just return it to the roots of Ridge Racer, fast and exciting arcade drift racing.

And now that I'm on the topic of motorsports, Nintendo need to get their heads out of their asses and make a new damned F-Zero game. Also Wave Race, and throw 1080 in there as well.

If there's going to be another Battlefield game this year, could it PLEASE be Bad Company 3? Please?

Maybe something low-key but obviously if their intent was to still make games they would have done so by now. Their last single player game is like what? Some HL2 dlc over a decade ago? They probably reason that there is no need for the risky endeavour of AAA game development anymore now that steam prints them money.

If you're looking mostly for platformers have you ever tried The Puppeteer? I know it's technically a PS3 game but it's ever available on PS4 or they make a sequel it's worth a look. Probably the best platformer the system has had since Crash imo. There's also Trine 3 which is more physics-based but still excellent.

This is basically my feeling on this. I'll ignore that it's coming until buzz starts up from what people see there and then I'll be pleasantly surprised if any of it has bearings on my interest.

Though I suppose if I had unrealistic hopes,

I'd like Fate/Extra CCC to come out to the west finally,

A Trillion (Look at my avatar) sequel or crossover with Disgaea

Mother 3 to get an official port

Some new Metroidvania game to come out

And probably other things that I can't think of right now.

splinter cell is clearly going to be announce this year E3 and most likely it will be open world game.

Ubisoft are having press conference. and new AC game not coming out before 2018 so most likely ubisoft will announce far cry 5 as november release date and new splinter cell game. if not than what else they will show at press conference? new ghost recon will release before E3. they are not going to announce any rainbow six. then thats all they left.

Me, when Devil May cry 5 gets announced, but that won't fully put in me in good graces with Capcom, if it happens. An actual DMC5, not the sequel to the reboot.

A new Wolfenstein and No More Heroes 3. A new Prince of Persia too, but given Ubisoft's track record I don't want them pissing on its legacy any further.

Haven't Valve been making their own VR stuff? The Vive's them right?
Valve sure can come off as lazy but I guess even they can work up some enthusiasm to support the tech they're developing.
Now if I only I actually cared about VR...

OT: Chalk me up as another person who doesn't get particularly excited about E3. It'll be interesting to see what headlines we end up with but I just can't draw up the enthusiasm to get hyped for anything I can think of that they'd show.

I'd like to see actual gameplay from Death Stranding, but I doubt that's happening. Also The Last of Us 2, loved the first game.

I don't like getting hyped, but I do have a few items:

-A new good Metroid game. Not an Other M, not a Federation Force. The real deal.
-Super Smash Bros. for Switch. With SSBU's DLC included.
-Banjo-Threeie (cue laugh track). A man can dream, right? Given the sudden resurgence in 3D platformers there's a chance, right?
-A new Rayman game
-Some concrete info about Beyond Good and Evil 2
-Star Wars Battlefront 2 not sucking the big one.
-Red Dead Redemption 2 not sucking the big one (which, given its supposed focus on online multiplayer, will be hard).

So yes, that's my totally unrealistic wishlist that probably won't be fulfilled in the slightest.
