What are your favorite but embarrassing casual game time-sinks?

Is Risk of Rain a casual platformer? Cause if it is, then that's me. What about The Binding of Issac? I also thought of this as a casual game and played all shades of heck out of it.

I also tool around in 7 Days To Die, and Minecraft: jumping in, messing around or getting a bunch of stuff smeltin', then hopping out.

But I'm not embarrassed to play any of these games... should I be?

Zombie ate my Pizza although I'm in period ob abstinence now. I don't know why, it doesn't feel good even, but habit is so damn sick.

My Steam profile shows 78 hours in Audiosurf and 56 hours in Plants vs Zombies. I guess that's the closest I've got to "casual" games but I'm not embarrassed about either of those because they're both pretty good games.

Actually my biggest embarrassment would probably be the 100 or so hours I spent in TF2 grinding the random drop system and making trades to get a couple of hats for Heavy and Medic. I finally got them, ran around in a server and after a while realised these hats were actually kind of pointless.
