Tempura. Yam, pea, carrot, chicken, shrimp, and especially lobster.
This. And I'll add broccoli, potato, and onion to the list.

...actually, I've never had tempura peas. Is that the peas themselves, or is it just like edamame in panko?

I love fried chicken (and grape soda and watermelon, but I'm the whitest white guy this side of an albino convention. So much for that stereotype.)

Still, the very best fried things come in the form of side dishes, whether it's french fries, mozza sticks, onion rings, one of those steakhouse onion things like they serve at Chili's or Outback Steakhouse, or any of the numerous fried chicken piece in sweet sauce variations found at any cheapo Chinese restaurant.

Fries??
We roast in Australia.
I'll take a roast any day.

As for fried goods, anything from a Chinese shop or Fish and Chips. Not a big fan of fried foods these days.

EDIT: And how could I even think of leaving Calamari out. NOM NOM NOM
