What are your luckiest and unluckiest moments in games.

The worst and best that I can think of for me are in fpss namely Halo
One of my luckiest was when me and my friend were playing online and he had to go to the bathroom so he hid in a cave. Before he got back someone found him and I tried to pick up his controller and when I touched it I bumped the grenade and stuck the guy when he was pretty far away.

One of my unlucky ones was when I spawned in a team snipers game and I only took one step and walked into the path of a bullet and me and my teammate both got sniped in the head in one shot.

Luckiest: In CoD4, I took a random shot through smoke with my Dragunov and got a headshot.
Unluckiest: Threw a plasma grenade straight up in Halo 3; ended up sticking myself.

I can't be bothered to think at ten at night when i'm staring at the release date for HeartGold and SoulSilver, willing with all my power for the number to keep going down. Here's one i saw, however, way back when graphics weren't 3d and microsoft and sony kept there fat asses out of the gaming industry, one of them for the better, i'm sure you can guess which.

Luckiest: sonic 3, last boss, no rings, last life, time 9:97, and the timer stops and eggman's ship blows up.

unluckiest: He starts running to his next vehicle, something neither of us knew of until then, the timer counts down as he's running, and right when he gets to his new vehicle, timer 9:99, time up.

Luckiest:

In WaW

I have a Mosin-Nagant with a scope on it, on Airfield. 4 people are around me (I have a recon plane) I scope in and quick snipe one. I turn around and no scope a guy trying to knife me. I throw a flare into a guys face, then knifed him. The last guy comes around and knifes me as I as I took out my Molotov. He dies from it.


Unluckiest:

In Halo

I was shadowing this guy on Valhalla for forever. Like. A long time. I saw him kill teammates, and I probably could have killed him. But no. I needed to stick him. He apparently doesn't know what Radar is. Whatever, I keep following him. By now he's at the Beach Base. I have the shot. I throw my grenade... right when my team mates fly by in a mongoose. They tried to splatter him, missed, I stuck them, they die, two betrayals then he turns around and sticks me.



I almost broke my console in rage.

I can't think of anything specific, but playing as Sniper in TF2 I get REALLY lucky sometimes.

I tend to get bad luck in racing games.

Unluckiest: Halo 3 VIP I'm vip on valhalla and I just exit the side door of the base and get splattered by my other cousin in a worthog

I don't remember things that like. But I felt lucky when I beat Destroy All Humans. The last boss gauntlet is really tough.

I don't really PC game very much or at all.

I've had lots of unlucky moments, though. Pretty much any time random chance gets introduced into a game I'm playing. I'm an anti-luck symbol given flesh.

Do those all-too-frequent failed die rolls in critical moments in Fire Emblem games count as unlucky or is the game just being a little ***** and taunting you with probabilities that are anything but random?

luckiest, in DMC 3 I was on the second level and I had level 3 trickster (meaning I could teleport to an enemy at will). I was fighting the grim reaper and I was attacking him with my sword. He goes to swing his scythe. As he starts to swing down I go to dodge; I accidentally hit the wrong button combination. As he swung to hit me I disappeared because I had teleported "towards" him. I was only gone for a a 1/16th of a second by I wasn't on the screen when the reaper would have sliced me so I came out of the fight unscathed.

Unluckiest was when I was playing Midnight Club. I was trying to ramp over the river in the meter maid. I didn't quite make it and I hit the spot where the water met the wall. I was shot up a ways and was reported going 514 mph. I landed outside the map and the game froze. I tried to reload and my game save was corrupted.

One of my unlucky ones was when I spawned in a team snipers game and I only took one step and walked into the path of a bullet and me and my teammate both got sniped in the head in one shot.

That is not bad luck. That is someone living in front of their xbox holding their orange stained controllers and "loling".

SSMB, as Ike, I was using the side+B move to get back to a custom stage, and a smash ball appear as I flew sideways. I hit it as I was flying back to the stage and final smashed my friend to end the game.

Luckiest - CoD4. I was on crash, in the blue building. I saw a guy run into the closet on the bottom floor of three story, fired one random round with my rifle, and scored a head shot through the wall. I had no idea where he was and was just shooting that way for shits and giggles.

Unluckiest - Fallout3. I was just strolling through the wastelands, the only thing even remotely near me was one of the half burned houses. I was just looking for raiders or something to vent some anger on, when I got a red blip on my compass. It was a god damn Behemoth, out in the middle of nowhere!
What are the chances of that!?

Lucky
SSB for the N64. Me and my sister wanted to have a super sudden death match, so we both picked DK and went on the hidden mushroom kingdom stage.
We both went under the roof thing and used Down+B until we both had 999% damage.
After reseting positions, we fought. My sister ended up grabbing me, and she threw.
I hit a pow block while she was still on the ground, sending her flying.
We both went into the background, but she hit the boundary first, giving me the victory.

Unlucky
Don't really got one I can remember; however...
Every time I play a coordination-intensive game, like Starcraft or Rock Band/Guitar Hero, I lose all skill and coordination after an hour or two.

I remember playing Halo on Valhalla and I was on the main ridge with the Spartan Lazar and their entire time was coming up and I got a triple kill from one Lazar

Unlucky moment just playing guitar hero in public and because I've only played it on the 360, I wasn't used to the frame rate and the lag screen rate and I died

Halo 2 on a map with rockets; playing with my cousin and a friend. I was going up a ramp when my friend came around a corner and fired at me, I reflexively jumped and shot back; we both died. When my cousin heard the rockets he reflexively shot into the wall about 1 foot in front of him and killed himself.
