I've never understood the morality issue when it comes to drugs. I don't do them because most of them tear up your body pretty badly (even weed, through direct inflammatory action in the lungs), and I generally don't like things that screw with my ability to think. That being the case, I've also never looked at people who do them as particularly immoral. Mind explaining the morality bit? I realize many consider it immoral.

Thinking about it I pprobably shouldn't have posted that.

It's not that I consider it immoral really, because I don't think people are irredeemable monsters if they do heroin or whatever, I just don't see why they would do it to themselves. And to be honest I took morals to mean "what rules do you live by" rather than "what makes a person good or bad".

I am genuinely that amoral, I'm not proud of it, its just how I am. Not having a conscience is very liberating.

I thinks he meant that to dishonor them to show that they are so weak he does not even acknowledge them as a worthy opponent

You can do anything you want with 2 conditions:
1. You cannot do anything illegal.
2. You cannot harm anything.

after that it is all a matter of choice.
I'll use abortion as my example.

situation A: a girl agrees to have sex, gets pregnant and wants an abortion.
situation B: a girl is raped, gets pregnant and wants an abortion.

for me, girl A made the choice to have sex and must deal with the consequences.
girl B did not have a choice in the matter, so she is allowed to make a choice of abortion.

If girl B does say she was raped she would have to report the rapist. If she doesn't want to report anyone (I don't see why she wouldn't), her boyfriend will be tested for a DNA match to the embryo. If it was him and she said she was raped, guess what happens to the boyfriend. (this is just a safeguard to prevent girls just saying they were raped to get the abortion.)


another thing is that for me, people who had horrible experiences in their lives and drink alcohol or take illegal-drugs (i'm including marajuana) are quitters. Don't ever feel sorry for them. people born into families who do drugs and drink alcohol are the ones to feel sorry for.
