Fair enough, I would've probably had an easier time just choosing one (Going through the whole Firefly obsession thing right now, so...). I ended up sitting here for a good 10 minutes trying to choose the last one. Spose it does give it more relevance, and it certainly made me think so it acheived something. Of course I now realize I left Southland Tales off the list, and that movie was made of pure awsome. One last embrace said:Because otherwise it would have ended with everyone making humongous listsDys said:Why 3?
Ok, I'll play.
-Lock, stock and two smoking barrels.
-Serenity (Firefly movie. Firefly is awsome).
-Shaun of the dead. (Tough call between that and Romeros Dawn of the dead).
And also, it's important to be able to make choices, however hard they are. Besides, it will only give more relevance to your choices![]()

1)Raiders of the Lost Ark
2)Hot Fuzz
3)Magnificant Seven
I cant wait till Gilliam finally gets to make The Man of La Mancha
Oh yeah I remember going to a local video store after I found out it existed. Its been ages since I saw it. My one flaw I have with Magnificent Seven was how the young character and the crazy one from the original were combined into Chico. It leaves the character of Lee very little screen time as a consequence. One last embrace said:Thank youQuantum Roberts said:Mighty fine tastes my dear. As for the Magnificent Seven, have you seen the original film, The Seven Samurai (Akira Kurosawa) ?
Of course you can make a girly list!Mekado said:No particular order
Amelie (that's the english title, french title is "Le fabuleux destin d'Amelie poulin")
City of angels

I like him, i saw most movies that he made, the thing is, he directs all his movies the exact same way imo. It's super cute and gives you a fuzzy feeling but after seeing 2 or 3 of his films you can't help but think there's not much innovation, then again you might be in the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" clubOne last embrace said:Amelie Poulain is truly one of the most lovely films I saw, it's so sweet <3
If you like Jean-Pierre Jeunet as a director, you should see Delicatessen, it's a great film as well.
