1) World of Warcraft - Hate it as much as you like, it's still amazing considering everything. And increasingly the endgame caters to casual players. (Like me)
2) Eve Online - Basically, its the only MMO game of the past few years that isn't essentially a vague copy of WoW or a badly executed mess, or both. MMOs have to be this unique and differant to find a niche that WoW can't fill, when more people realise the genre might climb out of its rut.
3) Planetside (it it's heyday) - An MMOFPS with truely epic battles? What's not to like. Unfortunatly it became less and less fun as people stopped playing it.
