Well, here's the thing. If by "of the last console generation" you mean any game in beginning of the 2000's, then my list will primarily be made up of PC titles. However, if your terminology is literal then it'll be primarily made up of Gamecube titles. I'm guessing it's the latter. So... Here goes:
