Anyway, a fallout MMO? So long as there are no subscription fees, I'll play it. Sounds interesting.

Well, if it is for the 360 you would have to pay "Live" fees, which are really low. If it is on the PC it would have fees, of course, hopefully lower than those W.O.W. charges, I'm going broke !!

But not all PC MMO's have fees! Like Guild Wars, for example! Buy the game, and it's yours, right?

I half agree and half not. I am scared to death they will dilute the Oblivion/Elder Scrolls experience by making it an online, but at the same time think how Awesome an online game it would be. Same exact thing with Fallout.

See, I agree with that, but there are certain games that make me think about how much fun it would be to play with a friend.

Like Co-op play? That might be a lot of fun! Especially if you had head-sets and could talk about the play as you are doing it!

I'm new to the world of Fallout. I didn't have a PC capable of gaming when the first two were released so I never got to play them. But after playing through Fallout 3 twice I can honestly say that I finally "get" why my PC gamer friends have been gonig on about the franchise so fervently for so long. It's an amazing universe and if they were to make an online game I'm sure I'd play it even though I'm normally not much for the "Mumorpuggers".

That's exactly how I feel. If they make an Online Elder Scrolls or Fallout - I'll have to get it!

But with an MMO version of these games, what would happen to fast travel?
It'd likely be removed, but the Fallout and Elder Scrolls lands are MASSIVE.
Maybe you'd actually be able to use the many subway stations littering the wasteland in an actual train.

If anything, I hope they'll make a new elder scrolls, I wouldn't be too happy for an online Fallout and I don't really care about anything else unless it is recommended to me by someone, so there

I would HATE a Fallout or TES MMO.

It might be cool to have an online co-op mode where enemies are stronger or have their spawnpoints doubled to keep up the challenge.

But not an MMO. If they make an MMO, I will vomit with rage.

May not necessarily be a MMORPG. Could just have online multiplayer. I've maintained for a long time that an Elder Scrolls MMO just wouldn't work as well as normal Elder Scrolls or otrher MMO's. There's too much in Elder Scrolls that would need to be removed to make it work as an MMO. It would just become a generic online RPG.

That's the fear part I have. Part of me would love to have it, part of me is afraid it will ruin it.
