Death, that can do it. Seriously though, nothing ever really ruins my day, I usually just shrug things off and laugh. However, one thing that does happen occasionally and is increasing in frequency, is having one of those dreams where everything that you want in life is yours and you feel happier than you've ever been, only to wake up to the cold reality where none of that is true.
