I saw an XJ220 at a car show bout a month back. British Racing Green. I came.RanD00M said:It's rare, it's expensive, and boy do I want one.![]()
They only made 500 XJ220. So you can bet that they would cost a few body parts on the black market.
As I said a few pages ago, there was no serious weight behind any of the nasty comments. OK so I don't like the car but take any "serious" sounding bile as me going all Clarkson. I am well aware of the Citroen DS' role as a classic and while it's not my cup of tea, I daren't seriously tear it down because it would be suicidal and rather churlish.PoisonUnagi said:There's a few tons' worth of hypocriticism, but that's a nice "review", or whatever you wanna call it. Nice 'un.
For me, I'm gonna second the Ariel Atom for its sheer speed, acceleration and 'atmosphere'. I'm 14, so I'm definitely no expert on the subject, but that's my opinion.
OK you got me. I was getting my lines crossed and thinking of the original 5.7litre Monaro. Well done you and I get the use of a Prius for ten minutes as punishment.StBishop said:Although I agree with everything you said minus the Mustang being nice (I just can't like them) I have to pull you up on this.
All of the 6.0L monaro's have L76 V8's which are Holden designed, in Austrlia. Aussie muscle.
Aussie Muscle > US Muscle. Sorry.
Edit: If you feel like checking up on it Go here for the engine, just search L76 and here and search VZ or Gen 3 for confirmation that the L76 engine was used in the last gen of Monaros. The VXR which is exported is a rebadged CV8.
