pretty much everything from 1990 till 2000 because i like holding on to my childhood.still watch cartoons from time to time.

i caught many trends in animation, going from he-man and the botchy, realistic, muscular but badly animated style, to the better animated black-shadowed spiderman and x-men series, slick and complex but slightly outdated batman and swat kats, to the more cartoony courage and dexter's lab , to an onging degradation of artstyle like ed, edd and eddy, to a total disregard for the animation medium as a whole and corner cutting to the maximum like johnny test or total drama island.

i really think american animation has hit an all time low, with the 90s being the highest point in american animation.

Oh wow... I'm afraid I cant choose... My childhood was in late 80s early 90s, era otherwise known as "The Era of Kickass Cartoons".

(The Real) Ghost Busters, The Extreme Ghost Busters, Transformers, Beast Wars, TMNT, Mice Bikers from Mars, Thundercats, He-Man, Radical Cat Squadron, Superman, Batman, Voltron, Rescue Rangers, Duck Tales, Tom and Jerry, Looney Toones, Welcome to Tazmania, Pinky and the Brain, Animaniacs, Freakazoid... (anime time) Robotech, Guyver, DevilMan, Mazinger Z (aka Tranzor Z), G-Gundam... Sigh... Time for one of those "Best 10" vids I guess.

EDIT: WTF has happened to the era of kick-ass? Did someone go and de-ball the entire animation industry in the late 90s?
This pretty much sums it up for me aswell!

I didn't like it as much as the other shows on Cartoon Network, but for some reason Johny Bravo really brings back memories.

Three Stooges.

Oh wait, you said cartoons.

Well I grew up with Pokemon, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Thundercats, Ed, Edd, 'n' Eddy, Johnny Bravo, Dexter's Lab, and pretty much anything on Toonami.

Those were the 90's, from 2000 on I watched Samurai Jack, Megas XLR, and a few others.

It was a good childhood...
Do reruns count? Cause if you Grew Up with the three stoogess you'd be at least 90. Unless you DID mean the terrible cartoon...
I would assume reruns count. If not, they do now!

And I didn't watch the cartoon. Something in my gut told me if I did I would regret it forever...

Oh, a wise guy, huh?

Man, can you imagine what a terrible job they'd have getting that remade today...
Yeah, either it wouldn't get remade, or it would be so toned down I would be forced to hunt down the people who wanted to change it.

I remeber watching the Stooges with my dad. We have like 10 VHS tapes, all full of the 3 Stooges. Good times...

Loads. Captain Simian was my favourite, but I remember watching Spiderman, Batman and later Batman of the Future. I didn't have Cartoon Network or anything like that, so Johnny Bravo and such were usually off limits although I loved them when I did catch them.

EDIT: <youtube=zpjBct8mD2I> Man that was an amazing show.

ReBoot,The original Batman,Xmen,Freakazoid, and some Johnny Quest Remake where he was in a virtual world.
all on CN at some time

And some Japanese show I watched on TV living in Germany where they were in space and there were three dudes that were like the musketeers flew around in a big spaceship with some bitchy princess.
If anyone happens to know the name of said cartoon let me know.
