What Character in Games can you most relate to?

I don't really relate to any gaming character fully. Only fictional person i could say I do totally relate to is Malcolm Reynolds from Firefly.

I'm not certain. Who's a game character who is usually calm, very intelligent, good-hearted, good-looking, an adept fighter, not a leader yet not a follower, speaks only when there's something to be said, and not big on violence?

I assure you, I'm not exaggerating on any of this. I'm not the kind of person who "toots his own horn," or so to speak.

I connect with Ash from the Evil dead films and games along with Carmine from Gears of War.

I say Ash because I do take a rather light hearted view on pretty much everything (if there was a zombie invasion right now then I'd probably be cracking jokes about the mobile deceased constantly) and posess the Bruce Campell chin.

I connect with Carmine because I always seem to be on the recieving end of snipers (and it usually comes from out of no-where).

Squall from Final Fantasy VIII, minus the cool factor. I want to be close to people, but I'm afraid of forming attachments and I've had a few Seifer-like enemies.
I've also got some of Laguna's hopeless romantic qualities.

I'm gonna say this, like so many others. I guess that's where FFVIII went right. Squall is basically a glorified high school loner (the game actually starts in school!), easy to relate to emotionally and yet he's so awesome. Plus he gets a happy ending, I guess thats why a dreamer like me enjoys FFVIII more than the other superior FF titles ^^

Other than that I guess Luigi, scared, ungraceful and made of awesome ^^

aside from the cool name of Gabriel i found his style a comfortable fit for me.

some may see this as pure cheeze. i do myself in most games when this kind of attitude is pushed. but there was something different about this one for me.
