Currently just dropped out Blanchardstown Institute of Technology in lovely Dublin, Ireland after 3 years of Computer Science. I am not technically dropped out, I just stopped going to class/doing projects, couldn't take it any more. Hopefully doing Digital Media in the same college next year.

MIT apparently is not that hard to get in to(from High School) so long as you are passionate about what you are going to be studying.
Son, that's one of the most difficult schools to get in to in the entire world. As per MIT's Fall 09 enrollment stats, they had a grand total of 10,384 [2] undergraduates, while they had over 15k applicants for their 2013 graduating class. Additionally, "...As a result [economic downturn], the acceptance rate plummeted to a record-low 10.2 percent, a substantial decrease from the Class of 2012?s 11.6 percent acceptance rate. Waitlist spots were offered to 454 applicants." [1]

So, if you still think it's easy to get in to, then good luck; I hope you're one of the lucky 10% of applicants who get in.

OT - I started at a tech school in Madison, then went to UWSP, then to Long Beach CC, and now I'm finishing at UWGB with a double-emphasis BA in Communications: Public Relations & Electronic Media.

I was accepted at U of I (As in Illinois) for Electrical Engineering (3rd in US, 1st public in engineering) but since I don't want to make my mother cosign a $25000 loan I'll be diving at UIC (U of Illinois Chicago) next year while studying Biomedical Engineering.
OMG!! I HAS A FRIEND AT UIC!!!

OT: I debated between U of I Chicago, Illinois State University, Northern Illinois University, Southern Illinois University @ Edwardsville AND Carbondale, before finally deciding on Southern Illinois University Edwardsville where I'll be majoring in History and have a minor in French.
Ahh... Edwardsville... I'm pretty sure thats where my cheater of an ex is going. I'd say avoid her but she really isn't that bad of a person besides "the incident".
One of my really good friends is going there next year though! She's so chill.

Nice, might have to meet this chill friend, seeing as I know absolutely zero people at this school.

SUNY College at Albany

If you're going there too, or anywhere in upstate NY, hit me up. I'm not afraid to make new friends, especially in college. :D

...college. Which means I'm technically going to Emory University, which is still a great school, I just like to pull that trick, seeing as one person in my class is going to Oxford University

Picked up my undergraduate at UNC-Greensboro in sociology. Currently working towards a masters in sociology at the same place. Terrific social sciences school.

I'll either be going to a University/College in Calgary, Vancouver or somewhere in the U.S.A. I still haven't decided, but I've still got about a year until I need to.

Stephen F Austin University. Not a very famous school, but its cheap and its got a good science department. I'm majoring in Cellular and Molecular Biology.
