At this point in my life, the colour of my potential wife's wedding dress isn't even a tenth as important as finding a potential wife.

Ehh, I've never been that big on the idea of marrige. My parents aint married and they seem to get on with life, and with eachother, just fine.

However, I recon I'd like my wife to just go for the classic white. I mean thats what marks her out as the bride right? Everyone else wears dresses of whatever the fuck colour they want but the bride wears white.

Thats just my view though, if she wanted a different colour then that would be totally cool with me. It's her goddamn dress after all.

White. I know that's supposed to be boring and all, but... I'm traditional. :)

(Besides, I've always loved white dresses. Probably my inner 6-year-old's fault.)

I've always liked some off whites, like Champagne or Ivory.

But I'm down with classic white as well.

I'd like a jewel-like colour; you know, dark blue or dark green, or purple, or something. Definitely not white. I think traditional wedding dresses look awful -- or rather, doesn't make the woman as beautiful as what she potentially could have been in another dress :/

Well if I were to wear a dress it would be rather awkward seeing as I'm a pale fat guy with massive sideburns. Although I would have the moobs to pull it off.

To be honest I could really care less about what color she wore just as long as she was happy. Although I would draw the line at having a print dress. No cammo, leopard spots, tiger stripes, or anything in that vain.

After seeing a significant other's sister go through the song and dance of planning a wedding and seeing how expensive it was/how miserable it made everyone involved, I was rather put off the whole concept of having a lavish, expensive wedding. The part of me that's flooded with estrogen would love to have a beautiful dress in either ivory, grey silk, or burgundy. The rest of me would be so happy to find someone to spend the rest of my life with that I could get married in a burlap sack for all I care.
