I chose Canada. There's no better wood to make those nunchucks.
What wood is that ?
Mmmmmm don't know. I was speaking of wood because our wood industry, despite having financial troubles, seems to brag about it all the time.

Maybe you should have a visit sometime and check the wood. Although, if you come here only for wood, it would be weird in my view.

Oh well, I got another reason for Canadian ninjas...Frost resistance Oh ih oh ih oh.

US. Oh wait, as far as we know, there's no such thing as Third Echelon in real life.
Damn.

I was definitely going to give it to the splinter cells though.

While observing one of my threads (Which is now uninteresting and unimportant) I came up with the idea of this.

As the title says: What country makes the best ninjas? (Please note that the country is where the character was born and not what country created him/her if the character is fictional. Otherwise there would be Japan everywhere, and that is not a fun thread)

Japan is probably a first choice for many, and I understand that. But think about it. For the past years, while japan has given us really awesome ninjas like this:

They also gave us this...

[sub]Which also lead to Yaoi which I will not show you because I am not evil [/sub]
I'll concede with Ryu Haybusa, but not Naruto.

BTW

These are NOT ninjas. This is a Japanese anime/manga series from Shounen-Jump called Naruto, which involves the story of a blond-haired shinobi (Naruto) fighting the evil forces of bugger all. (Yes, I'm a fan of anime, but recent chapters of this series has caused me to dislike the series.)

Anyway...
THESE are Japanese Shinobi (Ninjas)

Not country; planet.

The best ninjas in the known universe come from the Zeta Reticuli system.

Since the existance of Ninja's other than a fear mongering ideal assasin like the middle east did to keep people out of japan and they never had a real ninja ever...

I'd say......

New Zealand.

I've never heard of Ninjas there... which is probably why they are so good...
Good god man... your right...

Well, if we extend the meaning of "ninja" to include sharpshooters who employ guerrilla or unconventional tactics (which I think we are, considering the inclusion of the Spetsnaz GRU), I would have to say Finland has produced some of the best ninja, including:
...whose name is Simo Häyhä

Simo Häyhä (1905-2002) was credited with 705 confirmed kills in less than 100 days during the Winter War. 505 of these were with an iron-sighted Finnish variant of the Mosin-Nagant rifle, which he preferred because a telescopic sight presented a larger target and could fog up easily. He also kept snow in his mouth so fog from his breath wouldn't reveal his position, and compacted the snow in front of him so his shooting wouldn't cause puffs of powder snow. His other 200 confirmed kills were with a Suomi KP/-31 submachine gun.
The Soviet Union invaded Finland on 30 November 1939, immediately after the Great Purge of its armed forces, wherein it executed or imprisoned up to 50 percent of its army officers. Soviet infantry outnumbered Finnish infantry between 2.96:1 and 1.23:1; Soviet aircraft outnumbered Finnish aircraft 34.0:1; Soviet tanks outnumbered Finnish tanks between 108:1 and 204:1. Finland lost 25,904 men (7.48%-7.69%), 20-30 tanks (62.5%-93.8%), and 62 aircraft (54.4%); the Soviet Union lost 126,875 men (12.7%-29.8%), 3,453 tanks (52.8%-100%), and 261-515 aircraft (6.75%-13.3%). In the end, Finland lost only 11 percent of its territory, and some of its territory was returned when the Moscow Peace Treaty was signed on 12 March 1940.

But if Naruto is a shinobi, isn't he a ninja?

Why hasn't anybody said Sweden yet?

[sub]Text translates into "Victoria threatened by warrior ninja"[/sub]

A ninja threatening the princess of Sweden? That's hardcore dammit!

Japan. You know, where Ninjas originated.
That Naruto horseshit on the other hand is not the standard by which ninjas should be judged. There's no such thing as Naruto ninjas.
Basically this
